انسان گرایی و نقش آن در توسعه حرفه پرستاری

مقدمه و هدف: با وجود اینکه مفهوم انسان گرایی در متون و نظریه های پرستاری بسیار به چشم می خورد اما کمتر پژوهشگری به بحث و مرور عمیق و جامع در این خصوص پرداخته است. درک بهتر مفهوم انسانگرایی در پرستاری می تواند موجب ارتقا عملکرد پرستاری در اموزش، پژوهش و بالین شود. بنابراین هدف از این مقاله، مروری بر تاثیرات فلسفه انسان گرایی بر توسعه حرفه پرستاری می باشد.مواد و روش ‏ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مقالات مروری روایتی غیر نظام مند است. ابتدا جستجو بر اساس کلید واژه های inquiry practice،caring, car, research, teaching ،education ، nursing، humanism که با کمک سیستم mesh  انتخاب شده بودند در پایگاه های google scholar، scopus،pubmed ،isi   انجام شد. نتیجه ی جستجوی جامع اولیه 372 مقاله شد. سپس با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود و خروج و بررسی چیکده و عنوان در نهایت 19 مقاله و کتاب وارد پژوهش شد.یافته‏ ها: تاثیرات انسان گرایی بر پرستاری در متون به سه دسته کلی شامل تاثیر بر روش تحقیق، اموزش پرستاری و تاثیر بر عمل و مراقبت پرستاری می باشد. انسان گرایی به عنوان یک مبنای فلسفی مناسب برای دانش و تحقیق پرستاری، مراقبت پرستاری کل نگر و با کیفیت کمک کننده می باشد.نتیجه‏ گیری: برای دستیابی به مراقبت پرستاری با حداکثر کیفت و استاندارد رویکرد پرستاری انسان گرایانه می تواند راهنمایی مناسبی باشد. و به نظر می رسد پرستاری انسان گرایانه یکی از نیازهای اصلی علم پرستاری امروز است.

humanism and its role in nursing professional development

background and aims: even though the concept of humanism is openly evident in nursing texts and theories, few researchers have discussed and comprehensively reviewed this topic. a better understanding of the concept of humanism in nursing can improve nursing practice in teaching, research, and clinical settings. therefore, the purpose of this study was to review the role of the humanistic philosophy in the development of the nursing profession.materials and methods: the current narrative review was conducted by initially searching scientific databases (google scholar, scopus, pubmed, and web of knowledge) using the mesh terms of inquiry practice, caring, car, research, teaching, education, nursing, and humanism. the initial comprehensive search retrieved 372 articles, out of which only 19 articles entered the final review, and others were excluded according to our the entry and exit criteria.results: the role of humanism in the development of the nursing profession can be scrutinized under three broad dimensions, including research methods, nursing education, and nursing practice and care. humanism, as a suitable philosophical basis for nursing knowledge and research, can contribute to the improvement of holistic and quality nursing care.conclusion:humanistic nursing approach, which seems to be one of the main needs of today’s nursing practice, can be a good guide to achieving maximum-quality and standard nursing care.
