نقد کوریکولوم دکتری تخصصی پرستاری از منظر توجه به عملگرایی: با نگاه ویژه به کوریکولوم ایران

مقدمه و هدف: پرستاری اساسا به عنوان یک رشته عملی یا پراگماتیسم توصیف شده و مشابهت های زیادی بین آن و مکتب پراگماتیسم وجود دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان پایبندی کوریکولوم دکتری پرستاری، به خصوص ایران به مکتب پراگماتیسم به عنوان زیربنای فلسفی طراحی شد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه از نوع مرور روایتی می باشد. با استفاده از کلیدواژه های کوریکولوم/ برنامه آموزشی، دکتری پرستاری/ دکتری تخصصی پرستاری، پراگماتیسم، عملگرایی و همچنین معادل انگلیسی این کلیدواژه ها در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی خارجی pubmed، web of science، scopus، cinahl و داخلی شامل irandoc، magiran و sid و همچنین موتور جستجوی google scholar تا سال 1402 (2023) بدون محدودیت زمانی و بصورت انفرادی و ترکیبی مطالعات جستجو شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد، توجه کمی به پراگماتیسم به عنوان زیربنای فلسفی کوریکولوم دکتری پرستاری در کشورهای مختلف و به ویژه ایران شده است، و این مسئله چالشهایی همچون: پاسخگو نبودن دوره نسبت به نیازهای جامعه، نظام سلامت و حرفه پرستاری، همچنین غفلت از ماهیت اصلی مراقبت بالینی رشته پرستاری و پرداختن بیش از حد به مسائل کمتر ضروری ایجاد کرده است.نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد روح پراگماتیسم در کوریکولوم پرستاری (به خصوص ایران) گنجانیده نشده است، در حالیکه این زیربنا می تواند به عنوان پلی بین آموزش، بالین و پژوهش عمل کند. بنابراین توصیه می شود تغییراتی در این برنامه آموزشی اعمال شود و کوریکولوم، بیشتر به سمت عملگرایی پیش برود.

criticism of nursing ph.d. curriculum from the viewpoint of attention to pragmatism: with a special look at the curriculum of iran

background and aims: nursing is basically described as a practical discipline or pragmatism and there are many similarities between it and the pragmatism. this study was designed aimed to determin the degree of adherence of nursing ph.d. curriculum, especially in iran, to pragmatism as a philosophical foundation.materials and methods: this study is a narrative review. using the keywords of curriculum/educational program, doctorate in nursing/ nursing ph.d., pragmatism, and also the english equivalent of these keywords in foreign databases such as pubmed, web of science, scopus, cinahl and persian databases including irandoc, magiran and sid as well as the google scholar search engine was searched for studies up to the year 1402 (2023) without time limit and individually and combined.results: the results showed that little attention has been paid to pragmatism as the philosophical basis of nursing ph.d. curriculum in different countries, especially in iran, and this problem is caused by challenges such as: the course is not responsive to the needs of society, the health system and the nursing profession, as well as neglect from the main nature of nursing field (clinical care), and excessive attention to less necessary issues.conclusion: according to the results, the spirit of pragmatism is not included in the nursing curriculum (especially in iran), while this foundation can act as a bridge between education, practice and research. therefore, it is recommended to make changes in this educational program and move the curriculum more towards pragmatism.
