برهمکنش نابرابری و پیامدهای نابرابری بهداشتی و درمانی در جمعیت مورد مطالعه ساکن استانهای ایلام، کرمانشاه و کردستان

مقدمه و هدف :کیفیت سیستم بهداشتی درمانی، دسترسی مناسب به امکانات درمانی و بهبود شرایط –زیست محیطی از عوامل مهم توسعه پایدار و رشد بلند مدت اقتصادی به شمار میروند. هدف پژوهش؛ واکاوی پیامدهای نابرابری در حوزه سلامت در بین بومیان منطقه غرب کشور.مواد و روش ها:این مطالعه از نوع تحلیل محتوای مرسوم می باشد. مشارکت کنندگان این پژوه خانوارهای ساکن استان های کرمانشاه، کردستان و ایلام بودند که بصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تعداد مشارکت کنندگان پژوه شامل 20 تن ازمدرسین دانشگاه ، فرهنگیان وکارکنان علوم پزشکی ساکن و شاغل در استان های کرمانشاه،کردستان و ایلام بودند. داده های پژوهش با روش تحلیل محتوای مرسوم تحلیل شدند. .یافته‌ها: درون مایه‌های اصلی: 1. تورم 2. کمبود وسایل بهداشتی و احتکار3. نبود اعتبارات کافی دسترسی به امکانات4. بیمه‌های-درمانی واعتبارات . درون مایه های فرعی: 1. پایین آمدن کیفیت وسایل بهداشتی2. حمایت نکردن از بیماریهای خاص3. کاهش کیفیت‌ زندگی 4. افزایش استرس و اضطراب 5. گوشه گیری وانزوا 6. تعارض های خانوادگی7. صرف نظر کردن از درمان 8. مهاجرت به شهرهای بزرگ10. کمبود دارو و هزینه تامین آن11. کمبود نیروی متخصص 12. هزینه‌های بالای دارو 13. افزایش اپیدمی کرونا 14. آب آشامیدنی سالم و امکانات بهداشتی و درمانی استخراج شدند.نتیجه گیری: یافته ها درک عمیقی از پیامدهای نابرابری بهداشتی و درمانی در استان های غرب کشور نشان داد و مردم در این منطقه با کاستی های بیشتری مواجه هستند. پیشنهاد می شود از این مطالعه برای توسعه استان های غرب کشور استفاده شود.

the interaction of inequality and the consequences of health and treatment inequality in the studied population living in the provinces of ilam, kermanshah, and kurdistan

background and aims: the quality of health-treatment system,proper access to treatment facilities and improvement of environmental conditions are important factors of sustainable development and long-term economic development of regions. the purpose of the research; analyzing the consequences of inequality in the field of health among the natives of the western region of the country.materials and methods: this study is a conventional content analysis. the participants of this research were the households of kermanshah, kurdistan and ilam provinces who were selected purposefully. the number of research participants included 20 university teachers, educators and medical workers living and working in kermanshah, kurdistan and ilam provinces. the research data were analyzed by conventional content analysis method.results: main themes including: 1. inflation 2. lack of sanitary equipment and hoarding 3. lack of sufficient credits to access facilities 4. medical insurances and credits. sub-topics: 1. decreasing the quality of sanitary equipment 2.not supporting specific diseases 3. decreasing the quality of life 4. increasing stress and anxiety 5. seclusion and isolation 6. family conflicts 7. abandoning treatment 8. migration to big cities 10. lack of medicine and the cost of providing it 11. lack of specialist manpower 12. high drug costs and 13. increase in corona epidemic 14. safe drinking water and health and treatment facilities have been extracted and became the basis of the analysisconclusion: the findings showed a deep understanding of the consequences of health and treatment inequality in the western provinces of the country with 4 main themes and 14 sub-themes.
