وضعیت فرصت های عادلانه در آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد در دوران شیوع کووید 19

مقدمه و هدف:بیماری کووید 19 سبب گسترش آموزش مجازی و تغییرات اساسی در فعالیت های آموزش پزشکی شد. در این بین ایجاد عدالت آموزشی ضرورت دارد. ازاینرو، هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی وضعیت فرصت های عادلانه در آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان اتاق عمل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گناباد در دوران ش یوع کووید 19 طراحی و اجرا گردید .روش‌ها : ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از نوع ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﻘﻄﻌﻲ بین دانشجویان اتاق عمل داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮم ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ گناباد در سال 1401 انجام شد. نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد. پس از توضیح اهداف مطالعه و ﮐﺴﺐ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ آﮔﺎﻫﺎﻧﻪ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ها توزیع شد. اﺑﺰار این پژوهش پرسشنامه فرصت‌های عادلانه آموزشی بود. اطلاعات پس از جمع‌آوری با spss مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. دادهﻫﺎ بصورت میانگین± اﻧﺤﺮاف معیار و ﺗﻌﺪاد (درﺻﺪ) ﮔﺰارش ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ داده‌ها از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه، تی‌مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: 57 نفر دانشجو وارد مطالعه شدند. اکثریت واحدهای پژوهش ( % 7 / 66 ) زن، مجرد (% 86 9) و ترم 7 (% 1 / 42 ) بود ند. بین نمره عدالت آموزشی و ترم تحصیلی تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود داشت ( 039 / 0= p). بگونه ای که ترم 1 بالاترین میانگین و ترم 5 کمترین میانگین را گزارش کردند. در این تحقیق حداقل امتیاز کسب شده 43 و حداکثر 117 بود. اکثریت دانشجوها (% 2 / 84 ) وضعیت عدالت آموزشی را متوسط و اقلیت وضعیت آنرا مطلوب (% 7) گزارش کردند.نتیجه گیری: اکثریت دانشجویان وضعیت عدالت آموزشی را متوسط و اقلیت مطلوب گزارش کردند. با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر می توان در سطح مدیریتی دانشگاه برنامه ریزی های دقیق برای اجرای عدالت آموزشی در محیط دانشگاه و بالین انجام داد

investigating the status of fair opportunities in clinical education from the perspective of operating room students of gonabad university of medical sciences during the prevalence of covid 19

background and aims: the covid-19 disease caused the expansion of virtual education and fundamental changes in medical education activities. in the meantime, creating educational justice is necessary. therefore, this study aimed to investigate the situation of fair opportunities in clinical education from the perspective of operating room students of gonabad university of medical sciences during the prevalence of covid-19.materials and methods: the current research was conducted as a cross-sectional, stratified-randomized study among the operating room students of gonabad university of medical sciences in 1401. after explaining the objectives of the study and obtaining informed consent, the questionnaires were given to the students. the instrument of this research was a fair educational opportunities questionnaire. data were analyzed with spss and were reported as mean±sd and number (percentage). to examine data, one-way anova, independent t-test, and pearson's correlation coefficient were used.results: the majority of students (84.2%) reported the status of educational justice as average, and the minority reported its status as favorable (7%). the students of 1st semester reported the highest level and the 5th semester reported the lowest level of educational justice. in this research, the minimum score was 43 and the maximum score was 117.conclusion: the majority of students reported the state of educational justice as average and the minority as favorable. according to the results of the present study, detailed plans can be made at the management level of the university to implement educational justice in the university and clinical environment.
