تاثیر اسپری آب سرد بر شدت تشنگی و خشکی دهان بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از علائم آزاردهنده‌ای که بیماران نارسایی قلبی تجربه می‌کنند، تشنگی و خشکی‌دهان می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر اسپری آب‌سرد بر شدت تشنگی و خشکی‌دهان بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی انجام‌گرفت.روش‌کار: در این مطالعه کارآزمایی‌بالینی‌شاهددار، جامعه‌آماری پژوهش کلیه بیماران نارسایی قلبی بستری در بخش‌های مراقبت‌‌ویژه قلبی و بخش-قلب بیمارستان‌های امام‌‌رضا(ع) و قائم(عج) مشهد بود، که با روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. بیماران پس از تکمیل فرم رضایت‌آگاهانه به روش تخصیص‌تصادفی در یکی از دو گروه آزمون یا کنترل قرارگرفتند. شدت تشنگی و خشکی‌دهان واحدهای پژوهش با استفاده از مقیاس‌های رتبه‌بندی عددی اندازه‌گیری شد. در گروه کنترل خیس‌کردن لب و دهان با سوآپ‌مرطوب و در گروه آزمون، برنامه اسپری آب‌سرد به فاصله هر دوساعت از ساعت 9صبح تا 17عصر به مدت 3روز اجرا شد. شدت تشنگی و خشکی‌دهان هر 24ساعت تا پایان مداخله، اندازه‌گیری شد. در پایان داده‌ها توسط نرم افزار spss نسخه21 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌های مطالعه‌حاضر، قبل از مداخله در میانگین شدت تشنگی و خشکی‌دهان‌ لحظه‌ای، شدت تشنگی و خشکی‌دهان در 24ساعت گذشته و بدترین شدت تشنگی و خشکی‌دهان در 24ساعت بین گروه آزمون و کنترل تفاوت معنی‌دار وجود نداشت.(p>0.05) بعد از مداخله نتایج حاکی از کاهش معنی‌دار شدت خشکی‌دهان‌لحظه‌ای، خشکی‌دهان در 24ساعت گذشته و بدترین شدت خشکی‌دهان در 24ساعت در گروه آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل بود.(p<0.05) نتیجه‌گیری:یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر حاکی از تاثیر اسپری آب سرد بر کاهش احساس خشکی دهان بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی می‌باشد.

the effect of cold water spray on the severity of thirst and dry mouth in patients with heart failure

background and purpose: one of the annoying symptoms that heart‌failure patients experience is thirst and dry‌mouth.this study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of cold water spray on the severity of thirst and dry‌mouth in patients with heart‌failure.methods: in this controlled clinical trial study,the statistical population of all heart‌failure patients hospitalized in the imam‌reza and qaim hospitals, which were selected by the available sampling method.after completing the informed consent form, the patients were randomly assigned to test or control groups.the intensity of thirst and dry‌mouth was measured using numerical rating scales.in the control‌group,wetting the lips and mouth with wet swap and in the test‌group,the cold water spray program was implemented every two hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm for 3days.the intensity of thirst and dry‌mouth was measured every 24hours.at the end,the data were analyzed by spss software version‌‌21.findings: according to the findings,before the intervention in the average intensity of thirst and dry‌mouth at the moment,the intensity of thirst and dry‌mouth in the last 24 hours and the worst intensity of thirst and dry‌mouth in 24 hours between the test and control groups,there was no significant difference.(p>0.05) after the intervention,the results indicated a significant decrease in the intensity of dry‌mouth at the moment,dry‌mouth in the last 24 hours and the worst intensity of dry‌mouth in 24 hours in the test‌group compared to the control-group.(p<0.05)conclusion: the findings of the present study indicate the effect of cold water spray on reducing the dry‌mouth in patients with heart ‌failure.
