نظریه اجتماعی انتقادی یورگن هابرماس و نقش آن در سیستم بهداشتی و حرفه پرستاری: یک مطالعه مروری روایتی

مقدمه و هدف: آموزش پرستاری در حال گذر و تغییر از تمرکز بر پیامدهای رفتاری به سمت تمرکز بر جنبه های انسانی و مراقبتی پرستاری است. این دگرگونی بر درک عوامل اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی در زمینه اصلاحات کنونی سیستم مراقبت‌های بهداشتی تاکید دارد. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف شناخت نظریه هابرماس و تاثیر آن بر آموزش و مراقبت پرستاری انجام شد.مواد و روش‏ ها: این مطالعه مروری بر روی مقالات فارسی و انگلیسی زبان منتشر شده تا سال 2022 بدون محدودیت زمانی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش را کلیه مقالات و کتب منتشر شده در مورد پست مدرنیسم با تاکید بر دیدگاه هابرماس و تاثیر آن در پرستاری بود. جستجوی گسترده ای در پایگاه های داده های الکترونیکیpubmed،cochrane library،web of science، google scholar ، magiran،sid و scopus انجام شد. یافته ‏ها: نظریه انتقادی هابرماس واقعیت را در سه دیدگاه متفاوت؛ دیدگاه عینی، ذهنی و جهان اجتماعی متمایز می کند. نظریه های عینی، به عنوان هسته اصلی و اندازه گیری برای تضمین کیفیت و ایمنی بیمار عمل می کنند. ذهنیت در خدمات مراقبت های بهداشتی ممکن است به ارزش، رفتار و نگرش شخصی مراقبین بهداشتی مربوط می باشد. دنیای اجتماعی، فرآیند ساختارمند تعاملات بین متخصصان مراقبتهای بهداشتی و بیماران یا بین آنها است.نتیجه ‏گیری: پارادایم انتقادی، به تغییر و انتقال از روش های قدیمی به جدیدکمک می کند و در آموزش پرستاری برای سازگاری با این تغییرات، پارادایم پیشنهادی است. پرستاران می توانند از نظریه های انتقادی با کاوش در جنبه های سیاسی شرایط ناایمن و آسیب رسان به سلامت استفاده کنند.

jürgen habermas critical social theory and its role in nursing: a narrative review

background and aims: nursing education is changing from focusing on behavioral outcomes to focusing on human and caring aspects of nursing. this transformation emphasizes the understanding of social, economic and political factors in the context of current health care system reforms. therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of knowing habermas' theory and its impact on nursing education and care. materials and methods: this review study was conducted on persian and english language articles published until 2022 without time limit .the sample of the research was all the published articles and books about postmodernism with habermas' point of view and its impact on nursing. a specialized search was conducted in the electronic databases of pubmed, cochrane library, web of science, google scholar, magiran, sid and scopus. results: habermas critical theory of reality in three different perspectives; the objective view distinguishes the subjective view and the social world. objective theories serve as the core and measurement for quality assurance and patient safety. subjectivity in health care services may be related to personal values, behaviors and attitudes of health care workers. conclusion: the critical paradigm helps to change and transfer from old to new methods and is a suggested paradigm in nursing education to adapt to these changes. nurses can use critical theory to explore the political aspects of unsafe and harmful health conditions. the social world is the structured process of interactions between or between health care professionals and patients.
