بررسی ارتباط مشارکت اجتماعی با سلامت عمومی سالمندان شهر مشهد

مقدمه و هدف: با توجه به افزایش روز افزون سالمندان توجه به مسایل سالمندی از جمله امور مهم در سیاست گذاری اجتماعی کشورها محسوب می شود، لذا این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ارتباط مشارکت اجتماعی با سلامت عمومی سالمندان شهر مشهد انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی بود که برای این منظور تعداد 350 نفر سالمند از بازنشستگان به روش طبقه ای بر اساس تسهیم به نسبت انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات ازپرسشنامه های اطلاعات دموگرافیک سالمند و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی ghq و پرسشنامه مشارکت اجتماعی استفاده شد. اطلاعات بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 24 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: : میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی واحدهای پژوهش 7/62 ± 68/91 سال بود. میانگین نمره سلامت عمومی و مشارکت اجتماعی به ترتیب 15/19 و 31/74 بود. متغیرهای مشارکت اجتماعی به همراه سن، تاهل، جنسیت، اشتغال، منبع درآمد، رضایت درآمد، بیماری و همراهان زندگی به عنوان متغیرهای مستقل، 15 درصد سلامت عمومی را پیش بینی می کرد ( 0/05 > p ). نتیجه گیری: در این مطالعه، نتایج قابل توجهی از ارتباط بین مشارکت اجتماعی با سلامت عمومی در سالمندان بازنشسته مشاهده نشد. تحقیقات بیشتر با تمرکز بر عوامل فردی تر همچون سن، تاهل، جنسیت، اشتغال، منبع درآمد، رضایت درآمد، ابتلا به بیماری و همراهان زندگی می تواند برای برنامه ریزی و اجرای استراتژی های جامع و موثر مفید واقع شوند.

relationship between social participation and general health of the elderly in mashhad, 2022

background and aims: due to the increasing number of the elderly, attention to the issues of aging is one of the important issues in social policy of countries. therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between social participation and general health of the older adults in mashhad. materials and methods: the present study was a cross-sectional descriptive analysis for which 350 elderly retirees, based on a multi-stage method selected.the data were collected using the elderly demographic information questionnaire, ghq general health questionnaire and social participation questionnaire.the data obtained using spss v.24 software and using correlation tests, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance and multiple linear regression was analyzed. results: the mean and standard deviation of age of the research units was 68.91 ± 7.62 years. the mean scores of general health and social participation were 15.19 and 31.71, respectively. the variables of social participation along with age, marriage, gender, employment, source of income, income satisfaction, illness and life companions as independent variables predicted 15% of general health (p <0.05). marriage and disease had the highest effect size (based on β value) among the mentioned variables. conclusion: in this study, no significant results were observed between the relationship between social participation and public health in retired elderly. further research focusing on more individual factors such as age, marital status, gender, employment, source of income, income satisfaction, illness, and life companions can be useful for planning and implementing comprehensive and effective strategies.
