تبیین دیدگاه زنان با سابقه زایمان فیزیولوژیک در مورد عوامل موثر بر تمایل به انتخاب زایمان فیزیولوژیک: مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: حاملگی و زایمان، ازمراحل حساس و پرتنش در زندگی زنان بوده ، از این رو، در این دوران پرمخاطره و تنش زا، زنان به مراقبت و حمایتهای بیشتر و باکیفیت تری نیازمند هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر تمایل به انتخاب زایمان فیزیولوژیک از دیدگاه زنان با سابقه زایمان فیزیولوژیک انجام شد . روش کار : در طی این پژوهش 11 خانم با سابقه ی زایمان فیزیولوژیک و 8 مامای شاغل در زایشگاه و یک متخصص زنان به صورت مبتنی بر هدف و با حداکثر تنوع انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری ، در فرمت ورد سازماندهی ، با روش تحلیل محتوای مرسوم مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها : در مورد تبیین دﻳﺪﮔﺎه زنان با سابقه زایمان فیزیولوژیک درﻣﻮردﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ زایمان فیزیولوژیک سه تم کلی تسهیل کننده های اجتماعی ، تسهیل کننده های فردی و توانمند سازی ارائه دهندگان خدمت استخراج شد که حمایت خانواده و حمایت جامعه، حمایت معنوی، توانمند سازی زنان ، توانمند سازی ارائه دهندگان خدمت، اصلاح کورکورلیوم آموزش مامایی و باز آموزی پرسنل در زمینه اخلاق حرفه ای در طبقات آن قرار گرفتند .نتیجه گیری:در صورتی که زنان مورد حمایت فیزیکی، عاطفی و اجتماعی خانواده و جامعه و مراقبین همدل قرار بگیرند، توانمندی و خودباوری آنان به حداکثر رسیده، می توانند تجربه مثبتی از زایمان فیزیولوژیک را ثبت کنند.

exploring perspective of women with a history of physiological childbirth regarding the factors influencing the desire to choose physiological childbirth: qualitative study

introduction: pregnancy and childbirth are sensitive and stressful stages in women’s lives, therefore, in this dangerous and stressful time, women need more and better-quality care and support. the present study aims to explain factors affecting the desire to choose physiological delivery from the perspective of women with a history of physiological delivery.material and method: this research is a qualitative study in which 11 women with a history of physiological childbirth, 8 midwives working in the maternity hospital and a gynecologist were selected based on the goal and with maximum diversity. the data were collected using a semi-structured interview, organized in word format, and analyzed with conventional content analysis method.results: regarding the explanation of the women’s perspective about the factors affecting physiological childbirth, three general themes of social facilitators, individual facilitators and empowerment of service providers were extracted, and family support and community support, spiritual support for empowering women, reforming the curriculum of midwifery education and retraining personnel in the field of professional ethics were placed in subthemes.conclusion: if women supported physically, emotionally and socially by family and society and sympathetic caregivers, their ability and self-confidence are maximized, they can record a positive experience of physiological childbirth.
