بررسی تاثیر محلول دیالیز سرد بر خستگی بیماران تحت همودیالیز: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده

مقدمه و هدف: خستگی از شایع ترین عوارض جانبی است که به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین انواع تنیدگی ها شناخته شده و به صورت شکایت ناتوان کننده بیان می‌شود. علی رغم پیشرفت در زمینه های دارویی و غیردارویی، این مشکل همچنان وجود دارد؛ لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر کاهش دمای محلول دیالیز بر خستگی این بیماران انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این کارآزمایی بالینی دو گروهه تصادفی بر روی 60 بیمار تحت درمان با همودیالیز در بیمارستان های مشهد انجام شد. دمای محلول دیالیز در گروه مداخله 35°c در گروه کنترل 37°c تنظیم شد. قبل و بعد از مداخله، خستگی بیماران هر دو گروه با مقیاس پایپر سنجیده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری 18-spss و آزمون های تی تست، من ویتنی و تی زوجی آنالیز گردید. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داد، خستگی در بیماران تحت درمان با همودیالیز سرد به طور معنی داری در مرحله بعد از مداخله کاهش یافت (0/05>p).نتیجه گیری: محلول همودیالیز سرد (35 درجه سانتی گراد) می تواند به کاهش خستگی بیماران همودیالیزی کمک کند. لذا توصیه می شود ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت، از این روش برای کاهش عوارض همودیالیز در این بیماران استفاده کنند.

the effect of cold dialysate on the fatigue in patient undergoing hemodialysis

background and aims: fatigue is one of the most common side effects which is known as one of the most important stressors and is expressed as a debilitating complaint. despite advances in pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical fields, this problem still exists, so the present study was conducted to determine the effect of lowering the temperature of dialysis solutions on fatigue in these patients.materials and methods: this two-group randomized clinical trial was performed on 60 patients undergoing hemodialysis in mashhad hospitals in 2017. the temperature of the dialysis solution was set at 35°c in the intervention group and 37°c in the control group. fatigue of patients in both groups was measured by the piper scale before and after the intervention. data were analyzed using spss 18 statistical software and t-test, mann-whitney and paired t-test.results: the results showed that fatigue in patients undergoing cold hemodialysis was significantly reduced in the postoperative phase (p <0.05).conclusion: cold hemodialysis solution (35°c) can help reduce fatigue in hemodialysis patients. therefore, it is recommended that care providers use this method to reduce the complications of hemodialysis in these patients.
