استفاده از روش ارزیابی کرک پاتریک در اثربخشی برنامه های پرستاری: مقاله مروری

مقدمه و هدف: مهارتهای عملی و بالینی در پرستاران به عنوان یکی از افراد موثر تیم درمان از اهمیت به سزایی برخوردار است و اجرای صحیح بسیاری از این مهارت ها، متضمن حیات بیمار می باشد. ارزیابی یادگیری و مهارتهای عملکردی پرستاران به صورت پیوسته و با فواصل منظم حائز اهمیت است و مستلزم استفاده از روشی مناسب است. هدف مقاله حاضر مروری بر بررسی کاربرد روش ارزیابی کرک پاتریک در اثربخشی برنامه های پرستاری است. مواد و روش ها: جستجوی مقالات به زبان فارسی در پایگاه های sid، magiran و iranmedex و با کلید واژه های پرستاری و مدل ارزشیابی کرک پاتریک و جستجو در منابع خارجی با استفاده از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی pubmed، proquestو science direct با کلید واژه های kirkpatrick evaluation model و nursing به صورت ترکیبی و مجزا از تاریخ 2010 تا آوریل 2022 انجام شد. پس از حذف مقالات تکراری، تعداد 44 مقاله به دست آمد. سپس مقالاتی که با موضوع ارتباط بیشتری داشتند انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در نهایت، متن کامل 21 مقاله بررسی شد که از این تعداد 15 مقاله به زبان فارسی و 6 مقاله به زبان انگلیسی بود. یافته ها: مدل کرک پاتریک به عنوان یک روش ارزیابی اثربخشی در مطالعات پرستاری به ویژه در کشور ما به صورت ساده و در سطح اول یا حداکثر سطح دوم استفاده شده است. ولی هرچه به سطح سوم و چهارم نزدیک می شویم از اثرات آموزشی کاسته می شود. اما در سطح 3 به ویژه سطح 4 که به بررسی تغییر در رفتار یا پیامدها می پردازد، به علت دشواربودن ارزیابی به صورت محدود مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. نتیجه گیری: روش ارزیابی کرک پاتریک می تواند در کنار روش سنتی، روش جدیدی را در اختیار مدیران و مربیان قرار دهد که در ارزیابی تاتیر آموزش، مثمرثمر باشد و بهتر است از این مدل در چهار سطح ارزیابی، استفاده شود.

background and aims: practical and clinical skills in nurses are very important as one of effective members of the treatment team and the correct implementation of many of these skills ensures the patient's life. assessing nurses' learning and functional skills on a regular basis and at regular intervals is important and requires the use of an appropriate method. the purpose of this article is to investigate the application of kirk patrick evaluation method in the effectiveness of nursing programs.materials and methods: search for articles in persian in sid, magiran, and iranmedex databases with keywords of nursing and kirk patrick evaluation model and search in external sources using pubmed, proquest, and science direct databases with kirkpatrick evaluation model keywords and nursing was done in combination and separately, from 2010 to april 2022 and 44 articles were obtained which were selected and reviewed after reviewing the articles that were more relevant. 21 articles were selected and reviewed, of which 15 articles were in persian and 6 articles in english.results: kirk patrick model has been used as a method of evaluating the effectiveness ofnursing studies in a simple way and at the first or maximum second level, especially in our country. but the educational effects diminish as we get closer to the third and fourth levels, however, level 3, especially 4, which examines changes in behavior or consequences, has been used sparingly due to the difficulty of assessment.conclusion: kirk patrick evaluation method, along with other traditional methods, provides a new method for managers and educators that can be effective in evaluating the impact of training and it is better to use this model in four levels of evaluation.
