بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد ساکنان مشهد نسبت به کرونا ویروس جدید (کووید 19) در سال 1399

مقدمه: پدیدآمدن ویروس کرونای جدید (کووید 19) اضطراب و نگرانی در جامعه را به‌طور جهانی در همه افراد به‌صورت متغیر به وجود آورد. ارائه آموزش بهداشتی و ایجاد آگاهی در چنین شرایطی برای پیشگیری موثر از شیوع بیماری بسیار مهم و حیاتی است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد ساکنان مشهد نسبت به کرونا ویروس جدید (کووید 19) در سال 1399 است. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 614 نفر از ساکنان شهرستان مشهد شرکت کردند. نمونه‌گیری در این مطالعه به‌صورت در دسترس و الکترونیک بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات شامل چک‌لیست اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامه آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مردم نسبت به کرونا ویروس جدید بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 23 و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی صورت گرفت. سطح معنی‌داری 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: بیشتر شرکت‌کنندگان در محدوده سنی 31 تا 40 سال (33.8 درصد) و متاهل (76.6 درصد) بودند. میانگین نمره آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مردم شهرستان مشهد از ویروس کرونا بیشتر از حد متوسط و به ترتیب 9.22 ± 78.57، 9.78 ± 78.68، 10.19 ± 83.83 (از 100 درصد) بود. میزان اعتماد به رسانه‌ها (صداوسیما و رسانه‌های مجازی، مجلات و نشریات) نیز در حد متوسط (50.31 درصد) بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد میانگین نمره آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مردم شهرستان مشهد از ویروس کرونا بیشتر از حد متوسط است و ساکنان مشهد آگاهی نسبتاً زیادی درباره ویژگی‌های ویروس کرونا دارند.

Evaluation of Awareness, Attitude, and Practice of Residents in Mashhad towards New Coronavirus Disease 2019 in 2020

Introduction: The emergence of the new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID19) has caused global anxiety and concern among societies and individuals. The provision of health education and awareness in such situations is very important and vital for the effective prevention of the spread of the disease. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the awareness, attitude, and practice of residents in Mashhad towards the new COVID19 in 2020. Materials and Methods: In total, 614 residents in Mashhad participated in this crosssectional descriptive study. The samples were selected using the convenience sampling method electronically. The data were collected through demographic characteristics form and a questionnaire on people’s awareness, attitudes, and performance towards the new coronavirus. The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 23) through descriptive and inferential statistical tests. A pvalue less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The majority of the participants were in the age range of 3140 years (33. 8%) and married (76. 6%). The mean scores of the awareness, attitude, and practice of the residents in Mashhad towards COVID19 were higher than those on average and were estimated at 78.57±9.22, 78.68±9.78, and 83.83±10.19, respectively. Moreover, the average level of trust in the media (radio and virtual media, magazines, and publications) was determined at 50. 31%. Conclusion: The results of our study showed that the mean scores of awareness, attitude, and practice of residents in Mashhad towards COVID19 were higher than those on average. Furthermore, the residents had a relatively high awareness of the coronavirus characteristics.
