بررسی وضعیت یکی از بیمارستان‌های تخصصی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بر اساس شاخص بیمارستان‌های ارتقادهنده سلامت سازمان جهانی بهداشت

مقدمه: بیمارستان‌ها جزو بهترین بسترها برای ارائه خدمات ارتقای سلامت و پیشگیری هستند. ماموریت اخیر بیمارستان‌ها تغییر نگرش درمان‌محور به نگرش سلامت‌محور است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین شاخص‌های بیمارستان‌های ارتقادهنده سلامت سازمان جهانی بهداشت در یکی از بیمارستان‌های تخصصی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه کاربردی، وضعیت بیمارستان با استفاده از چک‌لیست خودارزیابی بیمارستان‌های ارتقادهنده سلامت سازمان جهانی بهداشت بررسی شده است. ارزیابی در پنج استاندارد شامل سیاست مدیریت، بیمارسنجی، اطلاعات بیمار و مداخلات درمانی، ارتقای محیط کاری سالم و استمرار در درمان و همکاری انجام شد. داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 21 و اکسل 2013 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بیمارستان در زمینه خط‌مشی مدیریت در مقایسه با دیگر استانداردهای بیمارسنجی، اطلاعات بیمار و مداخلات درمانی، ارتقای محیط کاری سالم و استمرار در درمان و همکاری، بر اساس شاخص‌های بیمارستان‌های ارتقادهنده سلامت سازمان جهانی بهداشت از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار نبوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد بر اساس شاخص بیمارستان‌های ارتقادهنده سلامت سازمان جهانی بهداشت، این بیمارستان وضعیت مطلوبی ندارد و خط‌مشی مدیریت، ضعیف‌ترین وضعیت را در بین سایر استانداردها داشت. پیشنهاد می‌شود با توجه به اهمیت تغییر مسیر حرکت بیمارستان‌ها از رویه سنتی به سمت ارتقای سلامت، به‌منظور قرارگرفتن در لیست بیمارستان‌های ارتقادهنده سلامت سازمان جهانی بهداشت تلاش بیشتری صورت گیرد.

Investigation of Health Promotion Status in one of the Specialized Hospitals Affiliated to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences Based on the Indicators of Healthpromoting Hospitals of the World Health Organization

Abstract Introduction: Hospitals are among the best platforms for the provision of health promotion and prevention services. The recent mission of hospitals is to change the treatmentoriented attitude to a healthoriented attitude. The present study aimed to determine the indicators of healthpromoting hospitals of the World Health Organization in one of the specialized hospitals affiliated to Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Materials and Methods: This practical study was performed in a hospital in Mashhad, Iran. The status of the hospital was evaluated using the selfassessment checklist of healthpromoting hospitals of the World Health Organization. The evaluation has been carried out in five standards, including management policy, patient assessment, patient information and intervention, promotion of a healthy workplace, and continuity in treatment and cooperation. Data were analyzed in SPSS software ( version 21) and Excel 2013. Results: The obtained results were indicative of unfavorable conditions of the hospital in terms of management policy, compared to other standards of hospitalization, patient information and medical interventions, promotion of a healthy work environment, and continuity in treatment and cooperation, according to the indicators of Health Promoting Hospitals of the World Health Organization. Conclusion: As evidenced by the results of the study, according to the indicators of healthpromoting hospitals of the World Health Organization, this hospital is not in a good condition, and the management policy was the weakest among other standards. It is suggested that due to the importance of changing the direction of hospitals from traditional to health promotion, more efforts should be made to include this hospital in the list of healthpromoting hospitals of the World Health Organization.
