کرونا ویروس 2019 و بارداری: یک مطالعه مروری

مقدمه: با شیوع بیماری کرونا ویروس جدید (کووید 19) برخی از اقشار جامعه در معرض آسیب بیشتری قرار دارند که مادران باردار از جمله این گروه‌ها می‌باشند که می‌بایست در تحقیقات و ارائه پروتکل‌های بهداشتی و درمانی به طور خاص مورد توجه قرار گیرند. در این ارتباط، مطالعه حاضر با هدف مروری بر یافته‌های مرتبط با بیماری کرونا ویروس (کووید 19) و توصیه‌های بهداشتی و درمانی در دوران بارداری انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مروری مقالات نمایه شده در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی و لاتین (sid، ‌magiran، ‌pubmed، google scholar، science direct، embase، scopus) و پروتکل‌های بالینی و گزارشات سازمان‌های معتبر بهداشتی طی سال‌های 2000 تا 2020 میلادی که مرتبط با انواع کرونا ویروس‌ها بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. واژگان مورد جستجو عبارت بودند از: بارداری، کرونا ویروس، کرونا ویروس جدید، کووید 19، سندروم حاد تنفسی، شیردهی و نوزادان. در این مطالعه در مجموع 23 مطالعه مرور گردید. یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش به بررسی یافته‌های مرتبط با اثر کرونا ویروس در دوران بارداری بر زنان باردار و جنین آن‌ها، روش تشخیص بیماری، پروتکل‌های مراقبت در زنان باردار و مراقبت‌های پس از زایمان پرداخته شد. اطلاعات این مرور براساس مقالات، پروتکل‌های به روز منتشر شده و آمارهای معتبر استخراج گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شیوع جهانی این ویروس، پروتکل‌ها و مراقبت‌های بهداشتی اعمال شده برای سایر افراد می‌بایست برای زنان باردار نیز اعمال شود. همچنین لازم است اقدامات پیشگیرانه در سطح جامعه در ارتباط با زنان باردار صورت گیرد و سیستم‌های نظارتی برای زنان باردار مبتلا و غیر مبتلا به این بیماری در نظر گرفته شود تا به طور خاص این افراد تحت نظر و پیگیری‌های درمانی دوران بارداری قرار گیرند.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 and Pregnancy: A Review Study

Introduction: With the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease (Covid19), some of the population groups are more vulnerable than others. Among these groups, one can name pregnant women who should be given particular attention in the studies and presentation of health and treatment protocols. This study aimed to overview the findings related to Covid19 and health recommendations during pregnancy. Materials and Methods: This review included studies investigating different types of coronaviruses indexed in databases, such as SID, Magiran, PubMed, Scholar, science direct, Embase, and Scopus, as well as clinical protocols and reports of reputable health organizations during 2000 to 2020. The search terms were Pregnancy, Coronavirus, novel Coronavirus, Covid 19, Acute Respiratory Syndrome, Breastfeeding and Infants. Finally, 23 studies met the requirements and reviewed in this study. Results: This study investigated the findings related to the effects of coronavirus during pregnancy on pregnant women and their fetuses, disease diagnosis methods, care protocols in pregnant women, and postpartum care. The data in this review are based on the studies, updated protocols, and valid statistics. Conclusion: Due to the global prevalence of this virus, protocols and health care applied to other people should be also applied to pregnant women. Moreover, preventive measures should be taught and implemented at the community level concerning pregnant women, and monitoring systems should be considered for infected and noninfected pregnant women so that they can be specifically monitored and followed up during pregnancy.
