If the scholars of the assets in the possession of najaf al-ashraf qadj took care of the grammatical approach and they are in the process of theorization of the principles of jurisprudence so they had their own jurisprudence and visions, it can be said that among those scientists who took care of this cognitive mind is sheikh mohammad reza muzaffar, , since it had grammatical views and grammatical rules worthy of consideration on the one hand and creation of interest on the other, from here established the hypothesis of this scientific research on the following grounds: the first is a statement of the correctness of the jurisprudence of shaykh al-muzaffar in his book usool al-fiqh, by comparing it with the views of the grammarians and comparing it to the knowledge that each of them was prevented from taking the lead in this regard. the second is the questioning of the influence of the najaf al-ashraf estate in the scope of grammatical creativity, through the statement of sheikh muzaffar's views as a model for the efforts of honest scholars in the field of arabic grammatical science. we may stand on some of the jurisprudence and guidance that enrich the grammatical lesson and aim to benefit and increase the statement. accordingly, this scientific effort will be made to meet the requirements of these two hypotheses and to verify their validity in the knowledge and scientific work in general.
