   The Nature of and the Decree on Civil Disobedience in Islamic Jurisprudence

چکیده    Civil disobedience is one of the important concepts and issues in political sciences, especially in the contemporary literature of the public law. since this concept has a close relationship with the principle of freedom as one of the fundamental rights of every human being under the rule of a country, it is necessary to carefully consider this issue from the perspective of islam, so that its instances and similar concepts can be distinguished from each other in the political jurisprudence. through examining different areas of minority conflict between individuals and the government in this paper, we will explain and distinguish between the jurisprudential verdicts on protest, advice, enjoining the performance of good deeds, revolt, and war against the islamic state.
