Jurisprudential study of psychotropic drugs and narcotics

Since man has spiritual and physical value and dignity, and on the other hand, god is the true owner and man is the only nominal owner and depositary. therefore, he has no right to harm his body and soul. the use of narcotics and psychotropic drugs causes the decline of intellect and physical and psychological damage, and from the qur'an's point of view, the meaning and sense of human life and humanity are taken from intellect and the prohibition of the use of these substances has been clarified in islamic jurisprudence and by jurisconsults and maraje.
