شناسایی و اولویت بندی پیشران های تاثیرگذار ﺑﺮ ﺍﯾﻤﻨﯽ ﺭﺍه ﻫﺎی مواصلاتی دﺭ محدوده جغرافیایی استان یزد

ایمنی جاده ها مدت هاست که یک نگرانی عمده اجتماعی برای مردم و مسولین ایجاد کرده است و درمان ها (یا مداخلات) متعددی برای بهبود ایمنی در جاده ها اجرا شده است. به طور کلی، درمان‌های ایمنی راه می‌تواند سیاست‌ها، قانون‌گذاری و اجرا، تغییرات فیزیکی در جاده‌ها یا شبکه‌ها و سایر اقدامات با هدف عمومی باشد که به‌طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم بر شرایط ترافیک، رفتارهای رانندگی و محیط سفر تاثیر می‌گذارد. در سال های اخیر، محققان و تصمیم گیرندگان توجه زیادی به پیشران های تاثیرگذار ﺑﺮ ﺍﯾﻤﻨﯽ ﺭﺍه ﻫﺎی مواصلاتی به عنوان درمان داشته اندکه در این تحقیق نیز شناسایی و اولویت بندی پیشران های تاثیرگذار ﺑﺮ ﺍﯾﻤﻨﯽ ﺭﺍه ﻫﺎی مواصلاتی دﺭ محدوده جغرافیایی استان یزد مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. این تحقیق از منظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر میزان کنترل متغیرها و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ– توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش ترکیبی از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی می باشد که حجم زیادی از اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه به دست آمده است. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ از خبرگان و متخصصین تشکیل شده است. داده‌ها در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش swara  کرسولین، زاوادسکاس و تورکسیس مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان در طبق محاسبات در الگوریتم سوارا در بین پیشران های اصلی معیار خودرو با وزن 0.2462 رتبه اول، افزایش بخشندگی راه (ایمنی حاشیه راه) با وزن 0.2028 در رتبه دوم، معیار نقش نهادهای ناظر و حاکم بر راه ها با وزن  0.2028 در رتبه سوم، معیار طرح هندسی راه با وزن 0.1813 در رتبه چهارم و بلاخره معیار خود معرف بودن و گویایی راه با وزن 0.1674 در رتبه پنجم قرار گرفته است.

identifying and prioritizing drivers affecting safetytransportation ways in the geographical area of yazd province

road safety has long been a major social concern for people and officials, and numerous treatments (or interventions) have been implemented to improve road safety. in general, road safety remedies can be policies, legislation and enforcement, physical changes to roads or networks, and other public-purpose measures that directly or indirectly affect traffic conditions, driving behaviors, and the travel environment. in recent years, researchers and decision makers have paid a lot of attention to drivers affecting the safety of transportation routes as a treatment, and in this research, the identification and prioritization of the drivers affecting the safety of transportation routes in the geographical area of yazd province were investigated and analyzed. this research is practical from the point of view of the goal, and from the point of view of the control of the variables and the method of data collection, it is analytical-descriptive of the survey type. data collection in this research is a combination of library and field methods, and a large amount of information was obtained using a questionnaire. the statistical community of this research is made up of experts and specialists. the data in this study were tested using the swara cresolin, zavadskas and torxis method. the results show that according to the calculations in swara's algorithm, among the main drivers, the vehicle criterion with a weight of 0.2462 is the first, the increase in road safety (roadside safety) with a weight of 0.2028 is in the second place, and the criterion of the role of supervising and governing institutions on the roads is in the third place with a weight of 0.2028. , the criterion of road geometric plan with a weight of 0.1813 is in the fourth place and finally the criterion of self-representation and expressiveness of the road is in the fifth place with a weight of 0.1674.
