چکیده
|
تاکنون تحقیقات بسیار زیادی در قلمرو مدیریت ساخت و پروژه، در خصوص تعریف معیارهای سنجش موفقیت پروژه های عمرانی صورت گرفته است. یکی از مهمترین کاربردهای این مطالعات و پژوهش ها، در ارزیابی عملکرد پروژه های عمرانی است. این مهم با توجه به محدودیت در منابع و نیاز مبرم به مقوله ساخت در سراسر جهان، بسیار ضروری می نماید. در این مقاله با توجه به اهمیت موضوع خصوصاً از حیث ارزیابی پروژه، مطرح ترین مطالعات صورت گرفته شامل 45 پژوهش با میانگین ارجاعات 528 در این حوزه پژوهشی به همراه رویکردهای نو، مورد تحلیل، نقد و بررسی قرار گرفته شد و مجموعاً 4 رویکرد در مطالعات این حوزه شناسایی و معرفی شد. دستاوردهای این مقاله می تواند دیدگاه خوبی جهت شناخت بهتر مقوله موفقیت در اختیار متصدیان صنعت ساخت از جمله رهبران و مدیران پروژههای عمرانی قرار دهد و مسیرهای جدید پژوهشی پیش روی محققین و اندیشمندان قلمرو صنعت ساخت و مدیریت پروژه های عمرانی قرار دهد.

Abstract
|
several studies have been conducted in the field of construction and project management to define criteria for assessing the success of construction projects. one of the most important applications of these studies is evaluating the performance of construction projects. these criteria are vital, due to the constraints on resources and the vital need for construction worldwide. considering the importance of the subject, especially in terms of evaluating the success of the project, this paper reviewed and evaluated the most prominent studies and novel approaches, including 45 papers with an average of 528 citations. in total, four approaches were identified, introduced, and evaluated. the achievements of this study can provide a good perspective for a better understanding of the concept of success for construction industry professionals, including leaders and project managers of construction projects, and pave the way for researchers and scholars in the realm of construction industry and project management.
