امکان سنجی مشارکت بخش خصوصی در زیرساخت‌های شهری اصفهان

امروزه با ظهور نقش زیرساخت‌ها و نیاز به بهبود آن‌، بخش عمرانی در حال مطالعه و آزمایش فناوری‌هایی است که ‌ایجاد زیرساخت‌های جدید و بهبود زیرساخت‌های موجود در بخش‌های دولتی و خصوصی را تسهیل می‌کند، استفاده از فناوری‌های جاری و مدرن در پروژه های به عنوان یکی از مهمترین زیرساختهای توسعه‌ای برای نیل به اهداف عمرانی کشور از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. از آنجا که در بسیاری از شهرهای جهان امکان تامین سرمایه پروژه‌های شهری برای توسعه زیرساخت‌ها وجود ندارد‌، نیاز اساسی به سرمایه گذاری و مشارکت بخش خصوصی و استفاده از تسهیلات بانک‌ها و موسسات وجود دارد. هدف از‌این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی بررسی موانع مشارکت بخش خصوصی در توسعه شهری و زیر ساختارهای آن است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه متخصصان و مدیرانی است که در شرکتهای خصوصی در بخش توسعه و عمران اصفهان کار می‌کنند، 80 نفر به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از ابزارهای تحقیق جمع آوری شد. در این راستا بررسی وضعیت مشارکت بخش خصوصی در زیرساخت‌های شهری و ارائه راه حل‌های موثر ارزیابی گردیده است . بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده‌، رتبه 1 مربوط به معیار m8 (اقتصاد و کیفیت شهر)‌، رتبه 2 مربوط به معیار y2 (تعیین مدیران شهری در انتقال) و رتبه 3 مربوط به معیار y6 (پیگیری کمیسیون‌های شورا) است. جذابیت مالی همچنین کمترین اولویت را در بین عوامل موثر‌ایجاد کرده است.

improving the consumption pattern in the construction industry depends on the development and introduction of industrialization and the use of new methods in the development of this industry, because increasing the lifespan of construction and improving their quality, the use of quality materials, saving time is one of the benefits of using new technologies in this industry. in addition, the development of technology infrastructure in an appropriate way - can pave the way for iran's presence in global competition, and it can be claimed that the development of technology infrastructure in this area is the key to sustainable development. today, the discussion of developing the culture of industrialization and the use of emerging technologies and reconciling the participation of the public and private sectors, including in the urban development industry is one of the most important scientific and professional topics that play a significant role in the growth and development of the country. the purpose of this article is to examine the status of private sector participation in urban infrastructure and provide effective solutions in this regard. based on the obtained results, rank 1 is related to criterion m8 (economy and goodness of the city), rank 2 is related to criterion y2 (determination of city managers in transfer) and rank 3 is related to criterion y6 (pursuit of council commissions). also, financial attractiveness has created the lowest priority in effective factors.
