تحلیل ترجیحات کاربران نسبت به سیستم دوچرخه‌‌های اشتراکی بدون ایستگاه در شهر تهران

گستردگی سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی بدون ایستگاه، روند توسعه جدیدی را برای خدمات حمل و نقل عمومی ایجاد کرده است. این مطالعه عوامل موثر بر ترجیحات کاربران را در انتخاب سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی به عنوان شیوه جابه‌جایی خود مورد بررسی قرار داده است. با بهره‌گیری از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و بوت استراپ، مطالعه حاضر تاثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم عوامل کیفیت و عملکرد، شرایط توزیع و پارک، آسایش و انعطاف‌پذیری، ایمنی و دوستدار محیط زیست بودن و مطلوبیت خدمات‌دهی را بر ترجیحات کاربران در شهر تهران بررسی کرده است. نقش میانجی‌گیری رضایتمندی بر روابط بین پنج سازه‌ و ترجیحات کاربران در انتخاب سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. 270 پرسشنامه به صورت تصادفی توزیع شدند که از این تعداد 248 پرسشنامه برگشت داده شد. نتایج نشان دادند که کیفیت و عملکرد، آسایش و انعطاف‌پذیری، ایمنی و دوستدار محیط زیست بودن و مطلوبیت خدمات‌دهی تاثیر مستقیم و غیر مستقیم بر ترجیحات کاربران دارند. اما یافته‌های تحقیق تاثیر شرایط توزیع و پارک بر ترجیحات کاربران را تایید نکرد. همچنین یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که سازه آسایش و انعطاف‌پذیری بر ترجیحات کاربران بیشترین تاثیر را دارد و نیاز است تمهیداتی در این خصوص نظیر یکپارچگی سیستم دوچرخه‌های اشتراکی با حمل و نقل عمومی، تغییر موقعیت ایستگاه‌ها و بهبود آموزش در ایستگاه‌ها انجام پذیرد.

the expansion of the dockless bike sharing system has created a new development trend for public transportation services. this study has investigated the factors affecting users' preferences in choosing the shared bicycle system as their mode of transportation. using structural equation modeling and bootstrapping, the present study has investigated the direct and indirect effects of performance and quality, distribution and parking conditions, convenience and flexibility, safety and environmental friendliness, and service desirability on users' preferences in tehran. the mediating role of satisfaction on the relationships between the five constructs and users' preferences in choosing a shared bike system has also been investigated. 270 questionnaires were randomly distributed, of which 248 questionnaires were returned. the results showed that quality and performance, convenience and flexibility, safety and environmental friendliness, and service desirability have a direct and indirect effect on users' preferences. but the research findings did not confirm the effect of distribution and parking conditions on users' preferences. also, the findings of the research showed that convenience and flexibility construct has the greatest effect on the users' preferences, and there is a need to take measures in this regard, such as the integration of the shared bicycle system with public transportation, changing the location of the stations, and improving training at the stations.
