بررسی متغیرهای تاثیر گذار شخصیتی و جمعیت‌شناختی رفتار رانندگان حمل ونقل همگانی و باری در عوامل تصادفات (مطالعه موردی: شهر کرج)

یک تصادف نتیجه سلسله‌ای از وقایع است که تحت تاثیر عوامل گوناگونی اتفاق می‌افتد. رفتار رانندگان یکی از مهم ترین دلایل حوادث و تصادفات جاده ای است که می تواند به وسیله تفاوت های فردی بی شماری مثل دانش رانندگی، پردازش اطلاعات، متغیرهای جمعیت شناسی و شخصیت تحت تاثیر قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر سعی در شناخت دقیق این پدیده در بین رانندگان حمل‌ونقل همگانی دارد. نمونه مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق رانندگان حمل‌ونقل عمومی باری و مسافری در شهر کرج است. روش تحقیق، پیمایش و ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه است که داده های آن به صورت مصاحبه انفرادی با 200 راننده کامیون و کامیونت، 220 راننده تاکسی، 100 راننده اتوبوس درون - شهری و 68 راننده اتوبوس برون شهری جمع آوری شده است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه مذکور، شش عامل اصلی رانندگی صبورانه، آرامش در رانندگی، تمایل به خستگی، شناسایی خطرات، رانندگی مضطربانه و هیجان طلبی به عنوان عوامل رفتاری راننده استخراج گردیده و اثر متغیرهای جمعیت شناسی و شخصیتی بر روی این عوامل بررسی شده است. برای آزمون فرضیات نیز از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و اسپیرمن استفاده گردید. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد متغیرهای سن، سطح تحصیلات، مالکیت وسیله نقلیه با رفتاری که راننده از خود بروز می‌دهد، مربوط است و بین متغیرهای شخصیتی با رفتار رانندگی رانندگان حرفه‌ای رابطه معنادار وجود دارد و این جنبه های متفاوت شخصیتی و رفتاری، تفاوت های رانندگان را در ریسک پذیری و فراوانی تصادف کردن توجیح می کند

investigating the influential personality and demographic variables of the behavior of public transport and freight drivers in the factors of accidents (case study: karaj city)

drivers' behavior is one of the most important causes of road accidents and accidents, which can be influenced by countless individual differences such as driving knowledge, information processing, demographic variables and personality. the current research tries to accurately understand this phenomenon among public transport drivers. the sample studied in this research is the drivers of public transportation of goods and passengers in karaj city. the research method, survey and data collection tool is a questionnaire, the data of which was collected in the form of individual interviews with 200 truck drivers, 220 taxi drivers, 100 inner-city bus drivers, and 68 suburban bus drivers. in this research, using the mentioned questionnaire, six main factors of patient driving, calmness in driving, tendency to fatigue, danger identification, anxious driving and excitement seeking were extracted as driver behavioral factors and the effect of demographic and personality variables on these factors was investigated. pearson and spearman correlation tests were also used to test the hypotheses. the results of this research show that the variables of age, level of education, ownership of the vehicle are related to the behavior of the driver, and there is a significant relationship between the personality variables and the driving behavior of professional drivers, and these different aspects of personality and behavior, the differences it justifies the drivers in taking risks and the frequency of accidents.
