مروری برآزمایش‌ها و حدود مشخصات سنگ‌دانه مخلوط آسفالتی برای ایجاد مقاومت لغزشی مناسب در روسازی آسفالتی

مقاومت لغزشی مناسب یکی از الزامات مهم در اجرای روسازی راه‌ها محسوب می‌شود؛ زیرا این عامل نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در تامین ایمنی تردد وسایل نقلیه به‌ویژه در شرایط بارندگی ایفا می‌کند. در این راستا بافت ریز رویه آسفالتی که در درجه اول تابع خصوصیات سنگ‌دانه‌های مورد استفاده در مخلوط آسفالتی است، نقشی اساسی در ایجاد اصطکاک و مقاومت لغزشی بین روسازی و لاستیک وسیله نقلیه دارد؛ بنابراین لازم است قبل از تهیه مخلوط آسفالتی از کیفیت مناسب سنگ‌دانه‌ها اطمینان حاصل شود. با توجه به آنکه موسسات و محققان مختلف آزمایش‌های متنوعی را برای این منظور پیشنهاد کرده‌اند، درپژوهش حاضر سعی شده است ضمن معرفی هریک از این آزمایش‌ها، حدود مشخصات پیشنهادی برای پارامترهای حاصل ازهر یک از آزمایش‌ها نیز بررسی و ارائه شود. بررسی‌های صورت گرفته نشان می‌دهد هیچ آزمایشی به تنهایی نمی‌تواند نشان دهنده عملکرد مطلوب سنگ‌دانه در فرآیند مقاومت لغزشی مورد نیاز باشد؛ ضمن آنکه محدوده مشخص و منحصر به فردی را نیز نمی‌توان برای خروجی این آزمایش‌ها معرفی کرد؛ با این وجود، مقادیر پیشنهادی حاصل از تحقیقات و تجارب موجود را می‌توان به عنوان راهنمای اولیه در تعیین معیارهای آزمایش مربوط به عملکرد سنگ‌دانه‌ها در ایجاد مقاومت لغزشی مطلوب در نظر گرفت.

an overview on tests and specification limits of aggregates to create an appropriate skid resistance in asphalt pavement

appropriate skid resistance is one of the important requirements in road paving; because this factor plays a decisive role in the safety of vehicle traffic, especially in rainy conditions. the fine texture of the asphalt surface, which primarily depends on the characteristics of the aggregates used in the asphalt mixture, plays a fundamental role in creating friction and skid resistance between the pavement and the vehicle tire; therefore, it is necessary to ensure the proper quality of the aggregates before preparing the asphalt mixture. because institutions and researchers have proposed various tests for this purpose, in the present study, while introducing each of these tests, the specifications limits for the parameters obtained from each of the tests have also been presented. the investigations show that no single test can indicate the optimal performance of the aggregate in the required skid resistance in the asphalt pavement; meanwhile, a specific limit cannot be introduced for the output of these experiments. the suggested limits or values obtained from research and experiences can be considered as a primary guide in determining the test criteria related to the performance of aggregates in creating an appropriate skid resistance in asphalt pavement.
