بررسی و تبیین شاخص‌های بهره‌وری در مرکز تحقیقات راه، مسکن و شهرسازی

شاخص بهره‌وری، شاخص استفاده‌ی موثر، مفید و کارا از منابع گوناگون است. با توجه به معیار بهره‌وری و محاسبات شاخص‌های مربوط به آن می‌توان راه صحیح استفاده موثر از عوامل تولید را با توجه به کمبود منابع و ضرورت ارتقای توان رقابت انتخاب کرد. از طرفی اهمیت تحقق بهره‌وری مطلوب‌تر در بخش دولتی از اهداف ملی دولت‌ها محسوب می‌گردد و مطالعه در این زمینه درعین‌حال که اهمیتش را بیشتر از پیش نشان می‌دهد چالش‌ها و موانع پیش رو را به تصویر می‌کشد. بنابراین بررسی و تبیین شاخص‌های بهره‌وری نقش مهمی در ارتقای سطح کارایی آن‌ها و پشتوانه‌ای برای برنامه‌های آتی سازمان‌ها دارد. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در این پژوهش به بررسی و تبیین شاخص‌های بهره‌وری در مرکز تحقیقات راه، مسکن و شهرسازی پرداخته‌شده است. با توجه به فعالیت‌های مرکز تحقیقات راه، مسکن و شهرسازی، شاخص‌های اختصاصی بهره‌وری این مرکز تحقیقاتی شامل: 1 شاخص‌های بهره‌وری اختصاصی بخش پژوهشی ( شامل پروژه‌های پژوهشی، آزمایشگاه‌ها و خروجی‌ها) و 2 شاخص‌های بهره‌وری اختصاصی بخش آموزش( شامل دوره‌های آموزشی همکاران داخلی، دوره‌های آموزشی بیرونی و برگزاری همایش‌ها) و 3 شاخص‌های بهره‌وری اختصاصی بخش اجرایی (شامل بهره‌وری کارکنانی) می‌باشد که در این مقاله این شاخصها استخراج شده است

productivity index is an index of effective, useful and efficient use of various resources. according to the standard of productivity and calculations of its related indicators, the correct way of effective use of production factors can be chosen considering the lack of resources and the need to improve competitiveness. on the other hand, the importance of realizing better productivity in the government sector is considered as one of the national goals of governments, and the study in this field, while showing its importance more than before, depicts the challenges and obstacles ahead. therefore, examining and explaining productivity indicators has an important role in improving their efficiency and a support for the future plans of organizations. considering the importance of the topic, in this research, the productivity indicators in the road, housing and urban development research center have been examined and explained. according to the activities of the road, housing and urban development research center, the specific productivity indicators of this research center include: 1 specific productivity indicators of the research sector (including research projects, laboratories and outputs) and 2 specific productivity indicators of the education sector (including training courses) internal colleagues, external training courses and holding conferences) and 3 specific productivity indicators of the executive sector (including employee productivity) which are extracted in this article.
