واکاوی راهکارهای دستیابی به حمل و نقل پایدار شهری برمبنای مقایسه خودروی شخصی و اتوبوس (مطالعه موردی‌: شهر اصفهان)

حمل و نقل پاید مجموعه‌ای از سیاست‌ها و دستورالعمل‌های یکپارچه، پویا، پوسته و دربردارنده ار اهداف اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی است که توزیع عادلانه واستفاده موثر از منابع جهت رفع نیازهای حمل و نقل جامعه و نسل‌های آتی را به همراه دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر که با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی صورت گرفته است، بررسی راه‌های دستیابی به اصول حمل و نقل پایدار شهری در کلانشهر اصفهان بر مبنای مقایسه هزینه‌های خودروی شخصی و اتوبوس می‌باشد. در این راستا به شناسایی عوامل موثر در توسعه نظام حمل و نقل عمومی در شهر اصفهان پرداخته شد. ابزار گرد آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ای بود که از ادبیات نظری پژوهش و با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و در قالب 36 گویه و 3 بعد تنظیم تدوین گردید. پرسشنامه دوم متغیرها را در طیف پنج درجه‌ای لیکرت مورد سنجش قرار داد که از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، در اختیار شهروندان اصفهانی قرار گرفت. سپس تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در دو سطح آمار توصیفی (جدول فراوانی، شاخص‌های آماری و نمودار) و آمار استنباطی (t تک متغیره) صورت گرفت. در نهایت سه شاخص اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی بعنوان عوامل اصلی و 46 عامل بصورت زیر مجموعه عوامل فوق در پایداری نظام حمل و نقل اصفهان موثر شناخته شد و فرض ناپایداری سیستم حمل و نقل شهر اصفهان، تایید گردید. در پایان، توسعه و ساماندهی خطوط اتوبوسرانی و فرهنگ سازی استفاده از اتوبوس به جای خودروی شخصی به عنوان مهمترین راهکارهای دستیابی به حمل و نقل پایدار شهر اصفهان ارائه گردید.

sustainable transport priorities for policy reform, environmentally sustainable development, transportation, water and urban development department

stable transport system is a collection of continuous dynamic policies and instructions that covers economic and environmental targets while results in a fair distribution and application of resources to full fill current and future needs of society. the goal of this research, which based on a descriptive analytic approach, is to find solutions for stable urban transport system in the city of isfahan by comparing costs of private and public transport.  for this purpose, effective factors in developing public transport of isfahan have been identified. data mining has been done by a survey which extracted from theoretical principles of research and organized in 36 diction and 3 dimensions by using analytical exploring methods. second questionnaire measured variables in a five degree likert scale which prepared by using a simple random sampling method and given to residents of isfahan. then data analysis has been performed at two levels of descriptive statistics (distribution table, statistics indexes and graphs) and deductive statistics (t single variable). at the end three economic, social and environmental indexes have been considered as the main factors. 46 subset of the mentioned main factors have been identified which have affects in stability of isfahan transport system. also assumption of instability of isfahan transport system has been confirmed by this research. in the end, the development and organization of bus lines and the culture of using buses instead of private cars were presented as the most important ways to achieve sustainable transportation in isfahan.
