بررسی و ارزیابی تاثیر عوامل طبیعی در حوادث جاده ای راه های ساحلی استان مازندران و ارائه راهکارهای موثر (مطالعه موردی: جاده سی سنگان استان مازندران)

هدف اصلی تحقیق بررسی و ارزیابی تاثیر عوامل طبیعی در حوادث جاده ای راه های ساحلی استان مازندران و ارائه راهکارهای موثر (مطالعه موردی: جاده سی سنگان استان مازندران) است. روش تحقیق از نظر نحوه‌ی گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها از نوع آماری می باشد. به دلیل اینکه تحقیق حاضر به دنبال طراحی مدل تاثیر عوامل طبیعی در حوادث قطعه ای از جاده محوری نوشهر به رویان (در مجاورت پارک جنگلی ساحلی سی سنگان نوشهر) در سال های اخیر می باشد، ابتدا با استناد به آمار سازمان هواشناسی به بررسی پارامترهای اقلیمی و تجزیه و تحلیل آن اقدام شد و سپس با استفاده از آمار تصادفات جاده ای و ترافیک عبوری در این قطعه از مسیر، تصادفات ناشی از اقلیم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین صورت که داده های سه سال اخیر تصادفات، شرایط آب و هوایی و ترافیک عبوری مورد استفاده جهت مدلسازی قرار گرفتند. تحلیل ها، آزمون ها و مدلسازی های آماری در قالب نرم افزار spss انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که سهم متغیرهای آب و هوایی به گونه ای بود که شرایط آب و هوایی، میزان بارش و سرعت باد، دما و دید افقی مهمترین متغیرهای موثر بر شدت تصادفات در مورد مطالعاتی تحقیق حاضر بود. به گونه ای که این میزان برای میزان بارش معادل ضریب مثبت0.832، شرایط آب و هوایی معادل ضریب مثبت0.698، سرعت باد معادل ضریب مثبت0.066، دما معادل ضریب مثبت0.027، دید افقی معادل ضریب مثبت0.022می باشد.

investigating and evaluating the impact of natural factors on road accidents on the coastal roads of mazandaran province and presenting effective solutions (case study: si sangan road in mazandaran province)

the research method is statistical in terms of data collection and analysis. due to the fact that the present study seeks to design a model for the impact of natural factors in accidents on a section of the nowshahr royan axis road (adjacent to the si sangan coastal forest park in nowshahr) in recent years, first citing meteorological organization statistics to examine the parameters climate and its analysis is done and then using the statistics of road accidents and traffic passing in this part of the route, accidents caused by climate are examined. thus, the data of the last three years of accidents, weather conditions and passing traffic are used for modeling. analyzes, tests and statistical modeling were performed in the form of spss software. the results showed that the share of climate variables was such that weather conditions, rainfall and wind speed, temperature and horizontal visibility were the most important variables affecting the severity of accidents in the present study. so that this amount for the amount of precipitation is equivalent to a positive coefficient of 0.832, weather conditions are equivalent to a positive coefficient of 0.698, wind speed is equivalent to a positive coefficient of 0.066, temperature is equivalent to a positive coefficient of 0.027, horizontal visibility is equivalent to a positive coefficient of 0.022.
