مکان یابی پارکینگ طبقاتی به روش ahp برای کاهش ترافیک شهری (مطالعه موردی منطقه 7 شهرتهران)

انتخاب مکان مناسب یکی از تصمیمات مهم برای انجام هر طرح و پروژه‌ای می‌باشد که نیازمند تحقیق در مکان از دیدگاه‌های مختلف می‌باشد. از آنجا که مدیریت منابع نیاز به اطلاعات واقعی دارد، حجم وسیعی از اطلاعات جزئی برای کاندید نمودن مکان‌های مختلف باید جمع آوری، ترکیب، تجزیه و تحلیل شوند، تا ارزیابی صحیحی از عواملی که ممکن است در انتخاب تاثیر داشته باشند صورت پذیرد. با توجه به اینکه منطقه 7 از مراکز مهم جمعیتی و ترافیکی کلان شهر تهران محسوب می گردد و نیازمند توجه بیشتر از جنبه های گوناگون ازجمله مطالعات شهری و برنامه ریزی شهری است مکان یابی پارکینگ در این منطقه به عنوان مطالعه ی موردی انتخاب شده است . در این پژوهش با تهیه داده ها و انجام عملیات مکان یابی برای پارکینگ‌های طبقاتی ازمناسب ترین کاربری ها برای ایجاد چنین فضاهایی، کاربری های شهری و شبکه معابرمی باشد. لذا تحلیل های این بررسی در روش ahp صورت گرفته است. با توجه به اینکه منطقه 7 از مراکز مهم جمعیتی و ترافیکی کلان شهر تهران محسوب می گردد و نیازمند توجه بیشتراز جنبه های گوناگون ازجمله مطالعات شهری و برنامه ریزی شهری است ، نتایجی که از وزن دهی معیارها به دست آمده، بیشترین وزن را به کاربری بایر و سپس به شبکه معابراختصاص داده است. با توجه به اهمیت و امتیازی که کاربری بایر دراین مکان یابی می گیرند و همچنین با توجه به اینکه شبکه معابر در مکان یابی پارکینگ های طبقاتی به دلیل اینکه شرایط دسترسی را آسان می کند بیشترین امتیاز بعداز بایر را به خود اختصاص داده است.

background and purpose. choosing the right place is one of the most important decisions to make any plan and project that requires research on the place from different perspectives. because resource management requires real information, a large amount of detailed information must be collected, combined, and analyzed to nominate different locations, in order to properly assess the factors that may influence the selection. due to the fact that district 7 is one of the most important population and traffic centers in the metropolis of tehran and needs more attention from various aspects such as urban studies and urban planning, parking location in this area has been selected as a case study.methods and findings. in this research, by preparing data and performing location operations for multi-storey car parks, the most suitable uses for creating such spaces are urban uses and the network of roads. therefore, with the analysis performed in ahp method.conclusion: considering that district 7 is one of the important population and traffic centers of tehran metropolis and needs more attention from various aspects such as urban studies and urban planning, the results obtained from the weighting of criteria, the most weight to use bayerand then allocated to the road network. considering the importance and privilege that bayer users get in this location, and also considering that the network of passages in locating multi-storey car parks, because it facilitates access conditions, has the highest score after bayer.
