ارائه راهکارهای ارتقای ایمنی معابر و گذرگاه های عابرین پیاده در مناطق مسکونی حاشیه راه های برون شهری

عابرین پیاده در کشورهای در حال رشد، یکی از آسیب‌پذیرترین گروه‌های فعال در حمل‌ونقل محسوب می‌شوند. از مجموع تلفات رانندگی در یک سال در ایران، (16 هزار و 201نفر)، 20.8 درصد یعنی سه هزار و 370 نفر عابر پیاده و23.8 درصد یعنی سه هزار و 862 نفر موتورسیکلت‌سوار بودند. ازاین‌رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با تصادفات عابر پیاده و ارتقای ایمنی حاشیه راه‌های برون‌شهری می‌باشد. به‌منظور دستیابی به هدف موردنظر، جاده دماوند محدوده پلیس‌راه جاجرود تا قبل از ورودی پردیس ازنظر تصادفات عابر پیاده موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان داد درمجموع، در محور موردمطالعه در ظرف 5 سال 159 تصادف عابر پیاده به وقوع پیوسته بود. بعد از بازرسی نقاط و بررسی چک‌لیست‌ها، عواملی همچون عدم وجود دید کافی وسایل نقلیه، پله‌های نامناسب پل عابر پیاده، عدم تامین روشنایی، عدم حفاظ ایمنی مناسب در کنار پله پل عابر پیاده از عوامل موثر در این نقاط بوده است. از راهکارهای پیشنهادی نیز می‌توان به بهبود وضعیت روگذر ازنظر ایمنی و تامین روشنایی و ایجاد خط کندرو در حاشیه راه اشاره داشت.

providing solutions to improve the safety of roads and pedestrian crossings in residential areas on the outskirts of suburban roads

pedestrians in developing countries are one of the most vulnerable groups in transportation. of the total traffic fatalities in one year in iran (16 thousand 201 people), 20.8 percent (3 thousand 370 people) were pedestrians and 23.8 percent (3 thousand 862 people) were riding motorcycles. therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the factors related to pedestrian accidents and improve the safety of suburban roads. in order to achieve the desired goal, the damavand road in jajrood police area before the campus entrance has been examined for pedestrian accidents. the findings showed that in total, 159 pedestrian accidents had occurred in the studied road within 5 years. after inspecting the points and making the checklists, factors such as lack of sufficient visibility of vehicles, inappropriate steps of the pedestrian bridge, lack of lighting, lack of proper safety protection next to the steps of the pedestrian bridge have been effective factors in these points. among the proposed solutions, we can mention the improvement of the condition of the overpass in terms of safety and lighting and the creation of a curb line on the side of the road.
