توسعه پایدار ایستگاه راه آهن تهران با رویکرد توسعه حمل و نقل محور

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین توسعه ایستگاه راه آهن تهران با رویکرد توسعه حمل و نقل محور به عنوان رویکردی نوین در توسعه شهری و اهداف توسعه اقتصادی است. این تحقیق یک پژوهش کاربردی از جنس تحقیقات توصیفی و داده‌های آن کمی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 158 نفر بوده که بر اساس فرمول کوکران 112 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردیدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‏های استاندارد استفاده گردیده که توسعه حمل و نقل محور و اهداف توسعه اقتصادی را تحت پوشش قرار داده است. جهت آزمون فرضیه‏ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و ضریب همبستگی رتبه ای اسپیرمن استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد بین توسعه ایستگاه راه آهن تهران مبتنی بر رویکرد توسعه حمل و نقل محور و افزایش اشتغال، توسعه حمل و نقل، افزایش عدالت اجتماعی و پایداری زیست‌محیطی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. با انجام آزمون رتبه‌بندی فریدمن نیز مشخص شد از میان این عوامل، کاهش هزینه‏های حمل و نقل عمومی بالاترین رتبه را داراست. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت که رویکرد توسعه حمل و نقل محور می‌تواند الگوی مناسبی برای توسعه ایستگاه راه آهن تهران محسوب شده اهداف توسعه اقتصادی آن را نیز مورد پشتیبانی قرار می‌دهد.

development of tehran railway station with a transportation-oriented development approach

the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between development stations on the way to tehran with the aim of developing transportation and transportation as a new topic in urban development and economic development goals. this research is applied research of descriptive research and its quantitative data. the statistical population of this study was 158 people, based on cochran’s formula, 112 of them were selected as a sample by simple random method. standard questionnaires were used to collect which covered the development of transportation and information transfer and economic development. structural equation modeling and spearman rank correlation coefficient were used to test the hypotheses. research studies showed that there is a significant relationship between tehran railway development stations based on transportation and transmission axis development and development, transportation development, increasing social justice and environmental sustainability. according to friedman ranking test, among these factors, the reduction of public transportation costs has the highest rank.based on the research results, it can be said that planning and relocation can be suitable for the development of tehran railway stations, and its economic development is also supported.
