بررسی شریان‌های جاده‌ای استان مازندران با تاکید بر مدیریت بحران

شریان‌های جاده ای استان مازندران یکی از مهم‌ترین و پر ترددترین مسیرهای حمل‌ و نقل جاده‌ای کشور است. سامانه های حمل و نقل ستون فقرات اقدامات مدیریت بحران هستند و حفظ پویایی و عملکرد آن در زمان بحران برای ادامه فعالیت‌های مرتبط با امداد و نجات و پاسخ از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. علی رغم نقش بسیار مهم این سامانه ها در زمان بحران، این سامانه ها در برابر وقوع بحران آسیب‌پذیری زیادی دارند و با وقوع بحران‌های طبیعی عملکردآنها مختل شده و فعالیتهای امداد و نجات متاثر از آن هستند. با توجه به ضرورت و اهمیت شریا‌ن‌های جاده‌ای و نقش بسیار مهم آن در مدیریت بحران، در این پژوهش بررسی شریا‌‌‌ن‌های جاده‌ای استان مازندران با تاکید بر مدیریت بحران انجام یافته است.این مطالعه به روش تحلیلی توصیفی انجام یافته است که در مجموع 216 نقطه در همه محورهای جاده ای استان برداشت و مطالعات تونل‌ها، ابنیه فنی و پل‌ها انجام شده است و در محیط نرم‌افزاری gis، تحلیل و پردازش و اولویت بندی شده است. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، با توجه به بررسی‌های انجام شده از نظر وجود راه جایگزین برای پل‌های استان، تعداد 11 عدد از پل‌های استان دارای راه جایگزین نقطه‌ای (وضعیت مطلوب)، تعداد 13 عدد از پل‌های استان دارای امکان احداث راه جایگزین با هزینه مناسب و تعداد 192 عدد از پل‌های استان فاقد راه جایگزین و همچنین عدم امکان احداث آن نیز می‌باشند. در بررسی پل های واقع در شریان های جاده ای، علاوه بر سطح بندی میزان آسیب پذیری آنها، در بحث مرتبط با مدیریتبحران، وجود و یا عدم وجود راه جایگزین نقطه ای در مجاورت پل در صورتیکه در اثر مخاطرات، پل تخریب شود، مورد ارزیابیقرار گرفت.

investigation of the road networks of mazandaran province with an emphasis on disaster management

the road networks of mazandaran province are one of the most important road transport routes in the country. transportation systems are the backbone of disaster management measures, and maintaining their dynamics and performance in times of disaster is of particular importance for the continuation of rescue and response activities. in spite of the significant role of these systems in times of disasters, these systems are very vulnerable to the occurrence of disasters, and with the occurrence of natural disasters, their performance is disrupted and rescue activities are affected by it. considering the necessity and importance of road networks and their very important role in disaster management, in this research, the investigation of road networks in mazandaran province has been done. this study has been carried out in an analytical descriptive method. a total of 216 points have been collected in all road axes of the province, and studies of tunnels, technical buildings, and bridges have been carried out, and in the gis software environment, analysis and processing and priority it is framed. based on the results of this research, according to the investigations carried out in terms of the existence of an alternative way for the bridges of the province, 11 of the bridges of the province have an alternative point way (optimal condition), 13 of the bridges of the province have the possibility of constructing an alternative way with reasonable cost and the number of 192 bridges in the province lack alternative ways and also the impossibility of constructing them.
