بررسی فرونشست با تکنیک درخت مساله در اجزای سیستم حمل ونقل

در دهه‌های اخیر، خطر فرونشست و فروچاله ها کاملاً نمایان و به حد بحرانی رسیده است. این موضوع اجزا و زیرساخت های تحت مسئولیت وزارت راه و شهرسازی را به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار داده و امکان رخداد سوانح بحران زا را در حوزه‌های شهری و در مسیرهای حمل و نقل ریلی و جاده‌ای سایت‌های فرودگاهی بوجود می آورد. توسعه و استفاده از روش های ارزیابی ریسک و آسیب‌پذیری شبکه‌های حمل ‌و نقل در برابر فرونشست ضروری است. لیکن تاکنون به پیامد ناشی از فرونشست توجه شده است و به دلایل و ریشه ای آن کمتر پرداخته می شود. در این مقاله ضمن بررسی سوابق مطالعات در خصوص موضوع فرونشست و اثرات آن در سایر کشورها، معیارهای مهم در بررسی این موضوع در قالب یک چک لیست برشمرده شده و سپس به کمک روش درخت حل مساله ریشه یابی دلایل وقوع آن صورت پذیرفته است. این شیوه به عنوان یک اقدام پیشگیرانه کمک شایانی از منظر مدیریتی و مهندسی برای بهیود مساله فرونشست ایفا می کند.

in recent decades, the risk of subsidence and sinkholes has become quite visible and has reached a critical level. this issue has severely affected the components and infrastructures under the responsibility of the ministry of roads and urban development (mrud) and creates the possibility of disastercausing incidents in urban areas, on rail and road transportation routes, and on airport sites. it is necessary to develop and use methods to assess the risk and vulnerability of transportation networks against subsidence. in this article, while reviewing the records of studies on the subject of subsidence, and its effects in other countries, the important criteria in examining this issue are listed in the form of a checklist, and then with the help of the problem solving tree method, the root causes of its occurrence are found. this method serves as a preventive measure to help solve the subsidence problem from a managerial and engineering point of view.
