تحلیل اقتصادی ایجاد آزادراه تهران - شمال بر روستاهای پیرامونی

از شاخص‌های مهم رشد اقتصادی در جهان، ایجاد راه است، به همین دلیل هرچه احداث آزادراه‌ها و تکمیل زیر بناهای حمل‌ونقل در کشوری افزایش یابد آن کشور سریعتر مسیر توسعه و رشد اقتصادی را طی می‌کند. احداث آزادراه تهرانشمال که در ابتدا از آن با نام شاهراه تهران شمال یاد می‌شد در دهه 1350مطرح بود و به علل مختلف تاکنون ادامه پیدا کرده است. بنابراین با نادیده گرفته شدن پروژه هایی از این دست و توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، فقدان آن و عدم دسترسی مناسب به این پروژه‌ها باعث تحمیل مسائل مختلفی در جوامع روستایی می‌شود. هدف مطالعه حاضر تحلیل تاثیر ساخت آزادراه بر روستاهای پیرامونی و نگرش ساکنان است. دراین‌راستا برای سنجش داده‌ها از متد تاثیر شاخصها با استفاده از نرم افزار تحلیل داده spss و با روشpath analysisfh بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را خانواده‌های ساکن در چهار روستای کشار سفلی، سلقان، کشار علیا و سنگان(باغدره) تشکیل داده‌اند. در تهیه پرسش نامه پژوهش 30 شاخص لحاظ گردید که هر10 شاخص به صورت 3دسته زیر معیار، معیارهای؛ ثبات اقتصادی، عدالت اقتصادی و رفاه اقتصادی هستند. در ادامه پرسش‌نامه بین جامعه هدف توزیع شد ازاینرو داده‌های اولیه پژوهش با فن پرسشگری به صورت میدانی بدست آمد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد ایجاد یک راه و شریان اصلی، ارتباط موثری با نواحی مجاور خود دارد و نواحی روستایی را از انزوا خارج میکند. این اتفاق تاثیر شدیدی در تحولات اقتصادی اجتماعی داشته داشته و با در نظر گرفتن کمترین اثر، میزبان جذب سرمایه از خارج ناحیه خواهد بود که به طور کلی دگرگونی نواحی روستایی را به همراه می آورد

economic analysis of the construction of the tehrannorth freeway on the surrounding villages

one of the important indicators of economic growth in the world is the creation of roads, so the more the construction of freeways and the completion of transportation infrastructure in a country, the faster the country will go through the path of economic development and growth. the construction of the tehrannorth freeway, originally known as the tehrannorth highway, was proposed in the 1350s and has continued for various reasons. therefore, with the neglect of such projects and the development of infrastructure, its lack and lack of proper access to these projects will cause various problems in rural communities. the purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of freeway construction on surrounding villages and residents’ attitudes. in order to measure the data, the index effect method was used using spss data analysis software and path analysisfh method. the statistical population of the study consists of families living in four villages of keshar sofla, solghan, keshar olya and sangan (baghdareh). in preparing the research questionnaire, 30 indicators were considered, each of which was divided into 3 subcriteria, criteria; economic stability, economic justice and economic prosperity. then, the questionnaire was distributed among the target population. therefore, the initial data of the research were obtained by field questioning. the results showed that the creation of a main road and artery has an effective relationship with its adjacent areas and removes rural areas from isolation. this event has a strong impact on socioeconomic developments and, with the least effect,
