چکیده
|
امروزه یکی از معضلات موجود در صنعت ساخت و ساز سنگین بودن جرم ابنیه زیر ساخت های حمل و نقل به دلیل استفاده از مصالح سنتی و قدیمی رایج می باشد که موجب بالا رفتن بار مرده ابنیه می شود که علاوه بر اینکه موجب بالا رفتن هزینه ابنیه حمل و نقل می شود و مقاومت آن را در مقابل زلزله کم می‌کند .لذا در این پژوهش به معرفی روش های نوین صنعت ساخت و ساز که موجب سبک سازی جرم ابنیه حمل و نقل می گردد پرداخته شده است . این فناروی ها که امروه جزء فناوری های نوین در صنعت ساخت و ساز محسوب می شود که در راستای بهینه سازی روش های اجرا، کاهش وزن ابنیه حمل و نقل و صرفه جویی در هزینه، زمان و انرژی زیان های ناشی از حوادث طبیعی مانند زلزله صورت می پذیرد. این روش ها تحت عناوین تکنیک های اجرایی به روش های مختلف تحت عناوین تیلت آپ(tiltup)، استات وود (stud wood) و استات متال(stud metal مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و توضیحات لازم در هر بخش ارائه گردیده است و در انتها بررسی معایب و مزایای مربوط به هر روش توضیح داده شده است.

Abstract
|
One of the problems in the construction industry is the heavy weight of in the transportation infrastructure due to the use of traditional materials, which raises the dead load of the building which in addition increases the cost of the building and increases its resistance to In front of the earthquake, In this study, it was introduced new methods of transportation infrastructure construction industry which make lightening of mass of building. These technologies, nowadays considered as one of the new technologies in the construction industry, aim at optimizing the implementation methods, reducing the weight of the building and saving The cost, time and energy of the damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes. . These methods have been studied under the heading of implementing techniques in different ways under the titles of tiltup, stud wood and stud metal, and the necessary explanations are given in each section and finally A review of the disadvantages and benefits of each method is described.
