تدقیق سرعت منطقه ای در راه های برونشهری (مطالعه موردی محور سمیرم یاسوج)

از دیرباز کنترل سرعت وسایل نقلیه یا به عبارتی کنترل رفتار رانندگان در اتخاذ سرعت، یکی از مهمترین چالش های مهندسی ایمنی راه بوده و هست. در این راستا ابزارهای مختلفی برای کنترل سرعت وسایل نقلیه در راه ها وجود دارد که مهمترین ابزار مورد استفاده در تمام دنیا استفاده از تابلوهای محدودیت سرعت است. برای تعیین محدودیت سرعت در هنگام ساخت راه ها روند متعارفی وجود دارد که مسئولین ذی ربط کمابیش با آن آشنا هستند با این حال تعیین محدودیت سرعت مناسب در راه های موجود پس از بهره برداری چندین ساله از آنها، نیازمند مطالعات تدقیق سرعت است که در بین جامعه مهندسی راه کشور چندان شناخته شده نیست. هدف از مطالعات تدقیق سرعت در یک محور بدست آوردن سرعت مجاز برای وسایل نقلیه است. به منظور آشنایی جامعه مهندسی کشور با این موضوع، در این تحقیق از مطالعه تدقیق سرعت برای تعیین محدودیت سرعت در محور سمیرم یاسوج استفاده شده است. تحقیق حاضر برگرفته از مطالعه تدقیق سرعت محور مذکور در سال 1395 است. روش بکارگرفته شده بدین گونه است که پس از مطالعات ترافیکی و داده های موجود، محور مورد مطالعه بر اساس نقشه های هوایی قطعه بندی اولیه شده و پس از بازدید میدانی، قطعه بندی نهایی بدست آمده است. همچنین اطلاعات سرعت به دو روش برداشت سرعت نقطه ای و سرعت سیر اندازه گیری شده است. نهایتا اطلاعات، تحلیل شده و محدودیت سرعت هر قطعه تعیین شده است.

In order to acquaint the engineering community of the country with this issue, in this research, the speed Scrutinize study has been used to determine the speed limit on the SemiromYasuj axis. The present study is based on the study of speedbased research in 2016. The method used is that after the traffic studies and the available data, the study axis is based on the aerial maps of the initial segmentation and after the field visit, the final segmentation is obtained. Speed information is also measured in two ways: point speed and garlic speed. Finally, the information is analyzed and the speed limit of each part is determined.
