تحلیل یک‌طرفه نمودن معابر درون‌شهری در بهبود جریان های ترافیکی و کاهش تصادفات (مطالعه موردی: بلوار شهدا فردیس)

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی یک طرفه نمودن بخش شمالی بلوار شهدا فردیس بر کاهش ترافیک شهری ، تصادفات و افزایش رضایت شهروندان فردیس می باشد. روش: نوع پژوهش به لحاظ ماهیت، تحلیلی قیاسی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بوده و برای جمع آوری داده ها و مطالعات مربوط به آن، از روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش از سه بخش کلی شامل، کلیۀ خانوارهای ساکن در محدوده مکانی طرح؛ کلیۀ کسبه، تجار و صنوف موجود در محدوده طرح و کلیۀ عابران و ماموران پلیس راهنمایی و رانندگی می باشد؛ حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 196 نفر برآورد شده که با استفاده از روش تصادفی ساده پرسشنامه ها در میان اعضای جامعه توزیع شده است.اطلاعات فیزیکی و ترافیکی موردنیاز مربوط به داده‌های ورودی از اطلاعات فایل حمل‌ونقل و ترافیک شهرداری فردیس و برداشت میدانی حاصل شد و جهت تحلیل داده های به دست آمده از تکنیک توصیفی و استنباطی(آزمون t تک نمونه ای) درمحیط نرم افزارهایgis وspss25 استفاده شده است. یافته : نتایج تحلیل های آماری حاکی از آن بود که در رابطه با سه فرضیه پژوهش، سطح معنی داری بیشتر از 0.05 بوده است و بین اجرای طرح مذکور و کاهش ترافیک شهری رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. ازنظر اعضای جامعه، یک‌طرفه کردن بلوار با میانگین رتبه‌ای2.11بیشترین تاثیر را بر «کاهش تصادفات و ترافیک» و کمترین تاثیر را با میانگین1.84 بر «رضایتمندی مردم» دارد.

Onesided analysis of innercity thoroughfares in improving traffic flows and reducing accidents(Case study: Shohada Ferdis Boulevard)

Background and Aim: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of unilateralizing the northern part of Ferdis Martyrs Boulevard on reducing urban traffic, accidents and increasing the satisfaction of Ferdis citizens.Method: The type of research is applied in terms of nature, analyticaldeductive and in terms of purpose, and library and field methods have been used to collect data and related studies. The statistical population of the study consists of three general sections, all households living in the spatial area of ​​the project; All businesses, traders and guilds are within the scope of the project and all pedestrians and traffic police officers; The sample size was estimated to be 196 people using the Cochran’s formula, which was distributed among the members of the community using a simple random method of questionnaires. To analyze the obtained data, descriptive and inferential techniques (onesample ttest) were used in GIS and SPSS25 software. The results of statistical analysis showed that in relation to the three research hypotheses, the level of significance was more than 0.05 and there is a significant relationship between the implementation of the project and the reduction of urban traffic. According to community members, oneway boulevard with an average rating of 2.11 has the greatest impact on reducing accidents and traffic and the least impact with an average of 1.84 on people’s satisfaction.
