بررسی نقش سرمایه انسانی در رشد اقتصادی حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای کشور با استفاده از مدل ardl

سرمایه‌گذاری در نیروی انسانی، رشد مهارت‌های انسانی باعث ارتقای توابع تولیدشده و زمینه را برای رشد اقتصادی فراهم می‌آورد. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در این پژوهش نقش سرمایه انسانی در رشد اقتصادی حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای کشور موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. بدین منظور با جمع‌آوری داده‌های سالانه و با بهره‌گیری از الگوی اقتصادسنجی خود رگرسیون با وقفه گسترده و الگوی تصحیح خطا به کمک نرم‌افزار eviews10، به تخمین مدل و تفسیر نتایج پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که هم در کوتاه‌مدت و هم در بلندمدت با افزایش سرمایه انسانی، ارزش‌افزوده بخش حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای افزایش می‌یابد.به‌طوری‌که در بلندمدت اگر نهاده سرمایه انسانی یک درصد افزایش یابد، ارزش‌افزوده بخش حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای به میزان 0.089 درصد افزایش خواهد یافت و افزایش یک درصدی در نیروی کار بخش حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای، ارزش‌افزوده بخش حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای به میزان 0.174 درصد رشد خواهد نمود. همچنین اگر نهاده موجودی سرمایه یک درصد افزایش یابد، ارزش‌افزوده بخش حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای به میزان0.183 درصد افزایش خواهد یافت. یکی دیگر از متغیرهای اثرگذار بر رشد اقتصادی بخش حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای انرژی می‌باشد که اثر مثبتی دارد و میزان اثرگذاری آن 0.142 بوده که حاکی از آن است که افزایش یک درصدی در مصرف انرژی این بخش، ارزش‌افزوده بخش حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای 0.142 درصد رشد خواهد کرد. دست‌آخر با توجه به ضریب تصحیح خطا در مدل ecm می‌توان بیان کرد که سرعت تعدیل به سمت مقدار تعادلی و بلندمدت مناسب بوده، به‌طوری‌که در هر دوره حدود 0.62 خطای عدم تعادل تعدیل گردیده و مقدار کوتاه‌مدت به سمت مقدار تعادلی و بلندمدت خود به‌صورت نمایی میل می‌کند.

Investigating the role of human capital in the economic growth of road transport in Iran using ARDL model

in this study, the role of human capital in the economic growth of the country's road transport has been studied. For this purpose, by collecting annual data and using the econometric pattern and Autoregressive Distributed Lag and the error correction model with the help of EVIEWS10 software, the model was estimated and the results were interpreted. The results show that both in the short and long term, with the increase in the capital of the manpower sector, the added value of the road transport sector increases So that if the input of manpower capital increases by one percent, the value added of the road transport sector will increase by 0.089 percent. The partial elasticity of labor input is 0.174, which shows that with a one percent increase in the labor force of the road transport sector, the value added of that sector will grow by 0.174 percent. Also, if the Capital Inventory Input increases by one percent, the value added of the road transport sector will increase by 0.183 percent. Another variable affecting the economic growth of the road transport sector is energy, which has a positive effect. Finally, according to the error correction factor in the ECM model, it can be stated that the adjustment speed is towards the equilibrium value and is suitable in the long run, so that in each period about 0.62 of the imbalance error is adjusted and in the shortterm value is towards the equilibrium and longterm value.
