بررسی عوامل موثر در شدت تصادفات راه های روستایی گیلان جهت تعیین موثرترین عوامل و ارائه راهکارهای ایمنی

افزایش روز افزون وسایل نقلیه در راه‌های روستایی درنتیجه‌ی رشد جمعیت منجر به ایجاد یکی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات سیستم حمل‌ونقل یعنی تصادفات رانندگی شده است که این امر وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی مردم را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. استان گیلان یکی از زیباترین مناطق توریستی شمال ایران بوده و سفرهای کاری و تفریحی زیادی به این ناحیه انجام می‌شود. در نتیجه این سفرها، تصادفات جاده ای به وجود می آید. بررسی تصادفات برحسب پارامترهای موثر امکان پیش‌بینی وقوع یا عدم وقوع تصادفات نیازمند تجهیزات امدادرسانی را فراهم می‌کند. علاوه بر آن می‌توان به بررسی میزان تاثیر هر عامل در شدت بخشیدن به تصادفات پرداخت. آشکار است که چنین شناختی منتهی به امکان‌پذیر شدن تدوین برنامه‌های ایمن‌سازی تردد مهندسین ترافیک خواهد شد و همچنین آن‌ها می‌توانند درک بهتری از فاکتورهایی که تاثیر مثبت یا منفی در شدت تصادفات دارند، داشته باشند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل موثر بر شدت تصادفات رانندگی در راه‌های روستایی استان گیلان جهت تعیین مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر در رخداد این تصادفات است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل فراوانی به بررسی متغیرها پرداخته شد و درنهایت مطابق با نتایج، راهکارهای ایمنی برای افزایش ایمنی و کاهش تصادفات در این جاده‌ها پیشنهاد شد.

Investigation of Effective Factors in the Severity of Rural Road Accidents in Guilan to Determine the Most Effective Factors and Provide Safety Solutions

The increasing number of vehicles on rural roads as a result of population growth has led to one of the most important problems of the transportation system, namely traffic accidents, which affects the economic and social situations of the people. Guilan province is one of the most beautiful tourist areas in northern Iran and many business and leisure trips are made to this area. As a result of these trips, road accidents occur. Investigation of accidents in terms of effective factors makes it possible to predict the occurrence or nonoccurrence of accidents requiring relief equipment. In addition, the impact of each factor on the severity of accidents can be examined. It is obvious that such knowledge will lead to the possibility of developing traffic safety programs for traffic engineers, and they can also have a better understanding of the factors that have a positive or negative impact on the severity of accidents. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the severity of traffic accidents on rural roads of Guilan province to determine the most important factors affecting the occurrence of these accidents. In this study, using frequency analysis, the variables were explored and finally, in accordance with the results, safety solutions were proposed to increase safety and reduce accidents on these roads.
