بررسی میزان رضایت‌مندی شهروندان شهر اصفهان از شبکه حمل ونقل عمومی و عوامل موثر بر آن (مطالعه موردی: شهروندان مناطق 1 و3 و5 و6 و8 )

روند روبه رشد جمعیت درکلان شهر اصفهان وگسترش فعالیت های اجتماعی وهمچنین تمایل شهروندان به استفاده ازوسایل حمل ونقل شخصی باعث تراکم ترافیک وهمچنین افزایش آلودگی هوا شده است . در راستای موضوع فوقهدف این پژوهش بررسی میزان رضایت مندی شهروندان اصفهان از شبکه حمل ونقل عمومی است. روش تحقیق ، پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه شهرومندان ساکن در مناطق 1،3،5،6،7،8 اصفهان در سال 1396 می باشند. داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری گردیده و پنج شاخص دسترسی ،آسایش ، امنیت ، سرعت و هزینه سفر  مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون ، تحلیل مسیرو آزمون t ، ضریب هبستگی پیرسون و باکاربرد نرم افزار spss  تجزیه و تحلیل انجام شده است . نتایج تحقیق مشخص می کند از دیدگاه شهروندان شبکه اتوبوس رانی بهترین  سرویس دهی در زمانهای اوج سفر را داشته ، همچنین  جانمایی ایستگاه های شبکه اتوبوس رانی مناسب است . بهترین کیفیت و میزان سرویس دهی در ساعات اولیه شب متعلق به شبکه تاکسیرانی است و شبکه مترو در میان سایر وسایل حمل نقل عمومی بهترین کیفیت سرویس دهی را داشته است. ولی میزان استفاده شهروندان از  این وسیله بسیار پایین است و بین متغیرهای دسترسی، آسایش امنیت ، سرعت و هزینه سفر با رضایت مندی از شبکه حمل و نقل عمومی رابطه معنا داری وجود دارد و متغییر امنیت و ایمنی سفر با رضایتمندی از شبکه حمل و نقل عمومی رابطه معنا داری نشان نمی دهد.

A Survey on the Satisfaction of Isfahan Citizens with the Public Transportation Network and its Effective Factors (Case Study: Citizens in Districts 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8)

The growing trend of population growth in the city of Isfahan and the expansion of social activities as well as citizens’ willingness to use their own transportation vehicles has caused traffic congestion and increased air pollution. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to assess the satisfaction of citizens of Isfahan from the public transportation network. The research used survey research and correlation method. The population of the study consisted of all citizens living in Districts 1, 3, 5,6,7,8 of Isfahan in 2017. Data were collected using a researchermade questionnaire and five indices of accessibility, convenience, security, travel speed and costs were investigated and analyzed via regression model, ttest, Pearson correlation coefficient, and SPSS software.The results showed that, from the perspective of citizens, the bus service network has the best service at peak times. In addition, the placement of bus network stations is favorable. The best quality and service during the early hours of the night belongs to the taxi network and the metro network has, among other public transportation services, the best service. However, the level of citizens' use of this service is very low and there is a significant relationship between accessibility, convenience, safety, travel speed and costs variables with satisfaction with the public transportation network, and the variable of safety and security of travel has no significant correlation with the satisfaction of the public transportation network.Keywords: Satisfaction, Citizens, Public Transportation, City of Isfahan.
