بررسی مشکلات ترافیک شهری و ارائه راهکارهای مبتنی بر طراحی خط ویژه اتوبوس (مطالعه موردی: خیابان‌های کاشانی – امینی شهرستان ارومیه)

با افزایش جمعیت شهر نشینی و پراکندگی تراکم شهری و شدت کاربری زمین در سطح و ارتفاع ها، و کمبود نیازهای شهروندان برای دسترسی به امکانات حمل و نقل شهری، برنامه ریزان شهری به طراحی سیستم های حمل و نقل شهری پایدار و هماهنگ با تمام معیارهای زیست محیطی و یکپارچگیهدایت می شوند. بافت سنتی شهر ارومیه باعث شلوغی در ساعات اوج ترافیک در راه های شریانی این شهر در سال های اخیر نیز شده است. لذا در این مقاله حاضر سعی شده است که این موضوع به صورت موردی تحت بررسی قرارگیرد. در ابتدا با استفاده از روش مطالعه ای و ارزیابی، آمارگیری های ویژگی های سفر و بررسی وضع موجود جهت شناسایی مشکلات سیستم حمل و نقلی و ترافیکی این شهر آغاز شد و سپس ارائه راهکارهای رفع و یا کاهش مشکلات صورت گرفته است. سپس موضوع این تحقیق به بررسی تبعات خط ویژه  در مسیر خیابان کاشانیامینی و لزوم اجرای این طرح می باشد. طراحی این خط ویژه اتوبوس های تندرو سبب کاهش 27 درصدی طول مسیر حرکت اتوبوس ها نسبت به مسیر قبلی می گردد. کاهش 27 درصدی در مسافت سفر اتوبوس ها سبب کاهش آلودگی، کاهش هزینه تعمیر و نگهداری اتوبوس ها و از همه مهمتر کاهش زمان سفر اتوبوس ها نیز می گردد که آن نیز، سبب افزایش استفاده از اتوبوس و سیستم حمل و نقل عمومی از سوی مردم در این خط می شود و رضایتمندی شهروندان را از طراحی این خط در این شهر برخوردار می کند.

Investigating the Problems of Urban Traffic and Solutions Based on the Designing Exclusive Bus Lane (Case Study: KashaniAmini Streets: Urmia City)

With the growth of urban population and the dispersion of urban density and the intensity of land utilization in lands and heights, the lack of needs for accessibility to urban transport, lead urban planners to design sustainable urban transportation systems according to environmental and integrity criteria. Traditional design of Urmia city has made whose arterial roads more crowded in recent years at peak hours. Therefore, this paper attempts to examine this issue in a case study. This research was initially started by surveying and collecting trip characteristics to identify problems in transportation systems of the city, and then providing solutions to resolve or mitigate them. After examining traffic issue and presenting solutions, design of an exclusive lane on KashaniAmini Street and the necessity of implementing this plan is presented in this paper. By designing this exclusive lane, the length of the bus route reduces by 27% compared to the traditional Bus lane. Similarly, a reduction of 27% in the distance of the bus trips, a reduction in air pollution, reduction the cost of bus maintenance and, mostly as it is considered reduction in travel time of buses are being shown, which increases the use of the bus and public transport system by people on this lane. And it has satisfaction of citizens of designing this lane in this city.
