میراث دو دهه حضور آمریکا در افغانستان: هزینه های سنگین مردم افغانستان و کشورهای منطقه

نتایج حضور بیش از دو دهه آمریکا در ا افغانستان نتیجه ای بجز تخریب بنیانهای فرهنگی اجتماعی و اقتصادی افغانستان ایجاد نکرد و با استقرار فساد گسترده مالی و ناکارآمدی زمینه را برای بازگشت طالبان به قدرت مساعد نمود امروزه وضعیت افغانستان بسیار اسف بار است و مردم آن کشور با دادن صدها هزار کشته و مجروح و میلیونها نفر آواره با وضعیت فلاکت بار اقتصادی و اجتماعی روبرو هستند و آمریکا با گروگان گرفتن مردم افغانستان و فشارهای اقتصادی و تحریم میکوشد منویات خود را در افغانستان حاکم نماید. این سیاست تاثیرات مخربی برای منطقه و به ویژه جمهوری اسلامی ایران داشته است. آواره شده میلیونها نفر از اتباع فلاکت زده افغانستان و ورود قانونی و غیرقانونی بین 6 تا 8 میلیون از آنها به ایران بخشی از تاثیرات مخرب سیاستهای آمریکا در افغانستان است. در این مقاله با روش تحلیل دادههای منتشره توسط خود نهادهای آمریکایی و بررسی وضعیت به جا مانده از حضور دو دهه اشغال افغانستان به هزینه سنگینی که این وضعیت بر مردم افغانستان و کشورهای منطقه تحمیل کرده است پرداخته می شود همچنین با بررسی دلایل و ابعاد مسولیتهای آمریکا در ایجاد این وضعیت به تحلیل وضعیت کنونی و راهکارهای پیش رو پرداخته می شود.

america’s strategies in the realization of the new world order at the beginning of the 21st century have had long-lasting and destructive effects, especially for muslim countries. america started its plan to realize its global hegemonic structure by attacking and occupation of afghanistan. like the superpowers before it that occupied afghanistan,america also did not have a detailed understanding of the people and conditions of afghanistan and the fluid and complex relations of power in afghanistan. america tried to mobilize its allies, including nato and some countries in the region, and by relying on military power, take control of this geostrategic region.the control of this bridgehead could provide the united states with an effective pressure lever to influence developments in central asia, the middle east, and south asia, and also put pressure on the main competitors, especially russia, china, and the islamic republic of iran. but things went in a different direction.
