پایش شالوده های دیپلماسی دفاعی در دیدگاه امنیتی امام خامنه ای(مدظله العالی)

ضرورت: دیپلماسی دفاعی به عنوان یکی از راه‌های مناسب برای پاسخگویی به تحولات عرصه بین‌الملل و شکل‌دهی به روندهای نظام‌مند در قالب قدرت نرم شناخته می‌شود که کشورها با بهره‌گیری از آن، امکان ارتقاء سطوح مختلف امنیت و قدرت ملی خود را امکان‌پذیر می‌سازند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز به عنوان یکی از بازیگران عرصه بین‌الملل تلاش دارد تا با بهره‌گیری از این ابزار، اهداف سیاست خارجی خود را در عرصه بین‌المللی پیگیری کند.هدف: همین امر ما را بر آن داشت تا به شناخت مبانی فکری و اندیشه‌ای رهبر انقلاب اسلامی، آیت الله خامنه‌ای (مدظله العالی) اقدام نماییم. پرسش: دیپلماسی دفاعی چگونه از منظر آیت الله خامنه‌ای قابل تجزیه و تحلیل (عناصر، بسته معنایی و جایگاه نظری) است؟ فرضیه و روش: دیپلماسی دفاعی در در اندیشه رهبری، مبتنی بر سه اصل ارتباط برادرانه با کشورهای اسلامی، مقابله با دشمنان و روابط مسالمت آمیز با کشورهای دوست است. این پژوهش یک تحلیل کیفی (کدمحور) از نوع تحلیل محتوا است. نتیجه گیری و دستاوردها: عناصر دیپلماسی دفاعی ایران از دیدگاه رهبری عبارتند از: «مقابله با نظام سلطه»، «همکاری‌های نظامی و دفاعی» «تقویت اتحادهای نظامی در جهان اسلام». جایگاه تئوریک این عناصر این معانی را برای مخاطب بازتولید می کند که مقابله با رفتار نظام سلطه در سیاست خارجی مشروع و مقبول است، همکاری های دفاعی و تقویت روابط دوستانه در دیپلماسی دفاعی باید هم‍ راستا باشند و اتحادهای منطقه ای و اتحادهای نظامی در جهان اسلام ضروری است.

monitoring the foundations of defense diplomacy in imam khamenei’s security perspective

necessity: defense diplomacy is recognized as one of the appropriate ways to respond to developments in the international arena and to shape systematic trends in the form of soft power, which countries can use to improve various levels. they make their national security and power possible. as one of the players in the international arena, the islamic republic of iran is trying to pursue its foreign policy goals in the international arena by using this tool.purpose: this prompted us to learn the intellectual foundations of the leader of the islamic revolution, ayatollah khamenei. question: how can defense diplomacy be analyzed from the perspective of ayatollah khamenei (elements, semantic package and theoretical position)?hypothesis and method: defense diplomacy in leadership thought is based on three principles of fraternal relations with islamic countries, confrontation with enemies and peaceful relations with friendly countries. this research is a qualitative analysis (code oriented) of the type of content analysis. conclusions and achievements: the elements of iran’s defense diplomacy from the leadership’s point of view are: combating the dominion system, military and defense cooperation, strengthening military alliances in the islamic world. the theoretical position of these elements reproduces for the audience the meanings that confronting the behavior of the domination system in foreign policy is legitimate and acceptable, defense cooperation and the strengthening of friendly relations in defense diplomacy must be aligned, and regional alliances and military alliances in the islamic world. it is essential.
