چیستی نفوذ فکری فرهنگی

ادبیات نفوذ، پس از اهتمام مقام معظم رهبری، به‌طور جدی وارد ادبیات سیاسی کشور گردیده و پژوهش‌هایی حول آن صورت پذیرفته است. پژوهش‌های موجود پیش از شناختن ماهیت و چیستی نفوذ فکری فرهنگی، معنا و مفهوم آن‌را بدیهی و آشکار تلقی کرده و از آن گذشته‌اند و به‌مثابه یک اصل مسلم، پای را در پله دوم قرار داده و به آسیب‌های نفوذ فکری فرهنگی و راه‌کار مقابله پرداخته‌اند؛ درحالی که بنابه مطالعات پژوهشگر، اصل چیستی نفوذ فکری فرهنگی مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است. ازمنظر نویسنده، نفوذ فکری فرهنگی مسئله‌ای پیچیده است تا جایی که فهم درست و عمیق آن، ممکن است این راه‌کارها را هم متحول کند. به همین منظور، این پژوهش با روش توصیفی تحلیلی مفاهیم قدرت نرم، جنگ نرم، جنگ شناختی و ...، به تبیین نسبت این مفاهیم با نفوذ فکری پرداخته و نفوذ را تلاش یک قدرت خارجی برای تضعیف و تغییر ارزش‌های حیاتی یک جامعه که برای بقای یک نظام سیاسی ضروری هستند، تبیین می‌کند. در این راستا هر اندیشه‌ای که در مقابل طرح لیبرال دموکراسی قرار گیرد، برچسب بنیادگرایی خورده و باید ازطریق نفوذ فکری و فرهنگی، به اندیشه‌ای که با لیبرالیسم قابلیت هم‌نشینی و سازگاری داشته باشد، تغییر یابد. طرح‌هایی چون «شبکه مسلمانان میانه‌رو»، «شبکه رهبران جوان» و ... در این راستا پی‌ریزی شده‌اند.

From the author's point of view, cultural intellectual influence is a complex issue to the extent that a correct and deep understanding of it may change these strategies and lay a new foundation. To this end, this research uses a descriptiveanalytical method to explain the concepts of soft power, soft war, cognitive warfare, etc. to explain the relationship between these concepts and intellectual influence and influence is an attempt by a foreign power to weaken and change the vital values of a society. It explains the survival of a necessary political system. In this regard, any idea that opposes the plan of liberal democracy is labeled as fundamentalist and must be changed through intellectual and cultural influence to an idea that can coexist with liberalism. Projects such as the Network of Moderate Muslims, the Network of Young Leaders, etc. have been established in this regard.
