تحلیل سیاست های امریکا علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس نظریه نئوگرامشی

روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و امریکا در طول دهه های گذشته یکی از پیچیده ترین و درعین‌حال حساس ترین روابط دو کشور در نظام بین الملل بوده است. الگوی رفتاری این دو کشور درقبال همدیگر مبتنی‌بر تعارض و تخاصم بوده که با انعقاد توافق برجام، انتظار می رفت این مدل می تواند الگویی برای حل‌وفصل مسالمت آمیز سایر موضوعات اختلافی دیگر ما بین امریکا و ایران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، اما برخلاف تصور برخی تحلیل گران، امریکا به‌صورت یکجانبه از توافق خارج شد و نشان داد که الگوی رفتاری تعارضی آن کشور درقبال ایران کماکان ادامه داشته و تعدیلی در الگوی رفتاری صورت نگرفته است. بنابراین، این مقاله با استفاده از نظریه هژمونی نئوگرامشیسم و مبتنی‌بر روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع اینترنتی و کتابخانه ای درصدد پاسخ به این سوال است که سیاست های امریکا درقبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس نظریه نئوگرامشی چگونه قابل تبیین است؟ در پاسخ به این سوال فرضیه ای به این صورت طرح می شود که سیاست های امریکا درقبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران مبتنی‌بر نظریه نئوگرامشی ها شامل؛ ایده سازی علیه ایران با هدف مشروعیت زدایی از آن؛ دیپلماسی اجبار و همچنین مشروعیت ‌بخشی فشار علیه ایران ازطریق نهادهای بین المللی بوده است.

An Analysis of US Policies against the Islamic Republic of Iran on the Basis of NeoGramscian Theory

Over the past decades, the relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States have been one of the most complex, and concurrently, the most sensitive, relationship between the two countries in the international system. The pattern of behavior towards each other has been based on conflict and antagonism. However, it was supposed that the “Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) agreement could be referred to as a model for peaceful settlement of other disputes between the US and Iran. Yet, contrary to expectations of some analysts, the United States unilaterally withdrew from the agreement, indicating that its pattern of conflict with Iran would continue, and that no change in its behavior had taken place. Accordingly, on the basis of NeoGramscian Theory, this descriptiveanalytical method using online and library resources, tries to answer the question of how US policies towards the Islamic Republic of Iran can be explained. A hypothesis is put forward in response to the question emphasizing that US policies toward the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the theory of NeoGramscian theory, includes the theorization against Iran aiming at delegitimization, coercive diplomacy, and the justification of putting in pressure on Iran though international institutions.
