نیروی مستشاری انقلاب اسلامی و تحول در سیاست منطقه‌ای ایران 2020 2003

در سال‌های اخیر مطرح‌شدن جمهوری اسلامی ایران به‌عنوان قدرت منطقه‌ای تاثیرگذار در غرب آسیا و نمایش قدرت در عراق، سوریه، لبنان و یمن نشان‌دهنده تحول در سیاست منطقه‌ای ایران نسبت به گذشته است. این نمایش قدرت علاوه‌بر افزایش توانمندی‌های نسبی و خلاء قدرت ناشی از تحولات ژئوپولیتیکی محیط پیرامونی، مرهون کنشگری منطقه‌ای نیروهای مستشاری ایران با محوریت نیروی قدس بوده است. هدف از این پژوهش تبیین این مسئله است که نیروهای مستشاری در سیاست منطقه‌ای ایران چه نقشی ایفا کرده و اقدامات آن چگونه بر قدرت و نفوذ منطقه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران تاثیر گذاشته است؟ یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نیروی قدس به‌عنوان بازوی اجرایی نقش مهمی در جهت تحول سیاست‌های منطقه‌ای ایران ازطریق تحقق‌بخشیدن به نقش‌های سه‌گانه منطقه‌ای (رهبری، پاسداری و پشتیبانی) داشته و از طریق بهره‌گیری از نیروهای بومی مقاومت در پی گسترش نفوذ جمهوری اسلامی ایران بوده است. از این‌رو موفقیت نیروی قدس در ساماندهی یک بلوک سیاسی تحت عنوان محور مقاومت، رویارویی با داعش به‌عنوان مهمترین تهدید درون‌منطقه‌ای و جلوگیری از نفوذ و مداخله قدرت‌های فرامنطقه‌ای همچون امریکا، افزایش ضریب نفوذ و ارتقای جایگاه منطقه‌ای ایران را به‌همراه داشته است. ذکر این نکته ضروری است که روش به‌کار رفته در این نوشتار از نوع مطالعات تحلیلی توصیفی و داده‌ها و اطلاعات مورد نیاز نیز به روش منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی گردآوری شده است.

The Advisory Forces of the Islamic Revolution and Transformation of Iran’s Regional Policy in 20032020

The emergence of the Islamic Republic of Iran as an influential regional power in the West Asia in recent years, and the demonstration of its power in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen indicate a transformation in Iran’s regional policy compared to the past. In addition to the increasing relative capabilities of the country and lack of solidarity in the geopolitical developments of the marginal regions, this show of power has occurred as a result of regional activities of the Iranian advisory forces centered on the Quds Force. This study is intended to explain the role of advisory forces in the regional policies of Iran and to explain how their activities have increased regional power and influence of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Findings indicated that the Quds Force, as practical arm of the Islamic Revolution, has played a vital role in transforming Iran’s regional policies by actualization of the three regional roles (leadership, guarding and support). Quds Force has tried to expand the influence of the Islamic Republic of Iran by employing local resistance forces. In consequence, the success of the Quds Force in organizing a political bloc called the “the Axis of Resistance”, confrontation with ISIS as the most critical intraregional threat, and inhibiting the influence and intervention of supraregional powers such as the United States, have resulted in increasing Iran’s influence and its regional position. It is worth mentioning that this is an analyticaldescriptive research whose data were collected by library and internet resources.
