ارزیابی نفوذ از طریق گروه ویژۀ اقدام مالی؛ رویکردی تطبیقی براساس سنت علوی

بی‌تردید سخن معصوم(ع) پس از قرآن‌ کریم مهم‌ترین منبع برای کشف دیدگاه دین مبین اسلام در تمامی عرصه‌های هدایتی بشر است. در احادیث امام علی(ع) درباره نفوذ و آسیب‌های توافق با دشمن، بحث‌هایی وجود دارد ولی تطبیق آن بر شگرد دشمن در نفوذ نرم ناخودآگاه از طریق کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی، کاوشی نو در مسیر حدیث‌پژوهی و روشنگریِ دینی است. نوشتار پیش ‌رو به روش توصیفی تحلیلی، پس از معنا‌شناسی، گام‌های نفوذ دشمن و اسباب آن را مورد ارزیابی قرار داده و بر حذر بودن از حفره‌های آن را، هنگام عضویت یا الحاق به معاهدات بین‌المللی گوشزد می‌کند و با مراجعه به روایات علوی(ع) شیوۀ‌ نوین دشمن در نفوذ از طریق کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی را مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار می‌دهد، آنگاه با تطبیق بر fatf  و لوایح مرتبط با آن، راهگشای بحث نیز می‌گردد، در ادامه روشن می‌شود که خسارت الحاقِ مضرّ به این کنوانسیون‌ها بیش از مزایای نسیه‌ای بدون تضمین آن است.

Assessment of Influence through the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), a Comparative Approach Based on Sirah Alavi

After the Holy Qur’an, the sayings of the Infallibles are definitely the most important source for discovering the views of the religion of Islam in all leading areas for human beings. There are lots of hadiths from Imam Ali (AS) discussing influence and harms of agreement with enemies, but its generalization to the enemy’s approach of soft and covert influence through international conventions requires new explorations in the field of hadith investigations and religious enlightenment. Having paid attention to semantic considerations, the researchers employed a descriptiveanalytical method to evaluate the process of the enemies’ influence and its causes, and to present some forewarnings against the plots of influence when joining to international treaties as a member. Referring to the sayings of Imam Ali (AS), the research investigates the new schemes of the enemies’ influence through international conventions. It receives directions from adapting the findings to the FATF and related bills. Finally, it leads to the fact that the disadvantages imposed by joining to these treaties are much more than the inexplicit advantages they promise.
