آینده نفوذ انگلستان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد امنیتی در افق 2025

کشور ایران همواره از تجربه تلخی در مناسبات خود با انگلستان برخوردار بوده است. انگلستان هم‌زمان در سه حوزه اروپایی، انگلیسی امریکایی (انگلو امریکن) و انگلیسی، روابط خارجی خود را با جمهوری اسلامی ایران تنظیم می‌کند. باتوجه‌به تنش‌ها و اختلافات موجود میان ایران و امریکا در سه دهه گذشته و فقدان مناسبات دیپلماتیک رسمی میان این دو کشور و نیز اتحاد نزدیک و یا روابط ویژه امریکا و انگلیس، نقش و قدرت تاثیرگذاری حوزه انگلو امریکن بر سیاست خارجی انگلستان نسبت به ایران از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر از روش ترکیبی روند‌پژوهی و سناریونویسی استفاده نموده و آینده نفوذ انگلستان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران را در افق 2025 مورد نقد و ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد. بدین‌منظور، به بررسی نفوذ این کشور از زمان انقلاب اسلامی ایران در سال 1978 پرداخته و نفوذ انگلستان در ایران، اتفاقات، رویدادها و تعاملات ایران و انگلستان را در سال های پس از آن تاکنون بررسی شده است. همچنین به بررسی نفوذ انگلستان در ایران با رویکرد امنیتی در بازه زمانی مذکور براساس محورهای اقتصادی، سیاسی، مذهبی و فرهنگی اجتماعی پرداخته و آن را نقد و بررسی نموده و معنی‌داری این چهار مولفه با نفوذ انگلستان در ایران بررسی شد. درپایان، براساس سناریوهایی مربوط به محیط امنیتی ایران از سال 2017 تا سال 2025، چند سناریوی عمده طراحی شد که این سناریوها شامل مولفه های خوشبینانه، بی‌طرفانه و بدبینانه درقالب فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های تغییر در محیط راهبردی ایران، تغییر در محیط راهبردی منطقه‌ای ایران، الگوهای مدیریت منازعه و الگوهای تعاملی که در موضوع نفوذ انگلستان در ایران وجود دارد، آمده است.

The Future of British Influence in the Islamic Republic of Iran a Security Approach on the Horizon of 2025

Iran has always suffered from an unpleasant experience in its relations with the England. The United Kingdom always regulates its relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran through three approaches: European, BritishAmerican (AngloAmerican), and English. Given the tensions and differences between Iran and the United States over the past three decades and the lack of formal diplomatic relations between the two countries, and due to the close and special ties between England and America, the AngloAmerican influence on the England’s policy toward Iran has been considerable. This research employs a mixed method including trend analysis and scenario writing with the aim of studying the future of the British influence on the Islamic Republic of Iran on the horizon of 2025. To this end, we have studied the influence of this country since the Islamic Revolution of Iran in 1978, and the events, incidents and interactions between Iran and England in the years since then. The British influence in Iran through a security approach based on economic, political, religious and culturalsocial axes in the same period were criticized and the significance of these four components was investigated. Finally, based on investigations related to Iran’s security environment from 2017 to 2025, several major scenarios were designed, including optimistic, neutral and outlook in the form of opportunities and challenges to change in Iran’s strategic environment, change in Iran’s strategic regional environment, conflict management models and interactive patterns in terms of British influence in Iran.
