واکاوی عوامل نظامی - امنیتی موثر بر آیندۀ روابط ایران و ترکیه

روابط نظامی امنیتی ایران و ترکیه هیچ گاه هم وزن و هم پای روابط اقتصادی، سیاسی و حتی فرهنگی میان دو کشور نبوده است. اما تحولات سال های اخیر در ارتش ترکیه، کودتای نافرجام در ترکیه و پشتیبانی ایران از دولت ترکیه، به همراه دیپلماسی فعال دفاعی ایران باعث شده است تا روند همکاری های نظامی اندکی تغییر کند. با توجه به اینکه آهنگ پرشتاب تغییرات روابط میان کشورها و عدم نگرش و درک درست از آیندۀ روابط، موجب قرارگرفتن در جایگاه واکنش خواهد بود و نه کنش؛ پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که کدام عوامل نظامی امنیتی بر آیندۀ روابط ایران و ترکیه در افق 10 ساله تاثیرگذارند؟ این پژوهش به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع اکتشافی، از حیث هدف کاربردی است. در این پژوهش متغیرهای نظامی امنیتی موثر بر آیندۀ روابط دو کشور شناسایی شده، سپس بر اساس نظرات خبرگان، عوامل اثرگذار بر روابط ایران و ترکیه مشخص شده و اهمیت و عدم قطعیت آنها معین گردید. همکاری نظامی ترکیه با امریکا، همکاری نظامی ترکیه با رژیم صهیونیستی، همکاری و اختلاف در بحران امنیتی سوریه و رقابت ایران و ترکیه در ترتیبات امنیتی قفقاز عوامل کلیدی نظامی موثر بر آیندۀ روابط ایران و ترکیه هستند.

Analyzing the MilitarySecurity Factors Affecting the Future of IranTurkey Relations

IranTurkey militarysecurity relations have never been equal to the economic, political and even cultural relations between the two countries. But recent developments in the Turkish military, the failed coup in Turkey and Iran’’s support for the Turkish government, along with active Iranian defense diplomacy, have changed the course of military cooperation slightly. Given that the rapid pace of change in relations between countries and the lack of attitude and understanding of the future of relations will cause a reaction and not an action, the present study seeks to answer the question of which militarysecurity factors on the future of relations. Iran and Turkey affect the 10year horizon? This research is practical in terms of exploratory nature. In this study, militarysecurity variables affecting the future of relations between the two countries were identified, then based on the opinions of experts, the variables affecting IranTurkey relations were identified and their importance and uncertainty were determined. Turkey’’s military cooperation with the United States, Turkey’’s military cooperation with the Zionist regime, cooperation and differences in the Syrian security crisis, and IranTurkey rivalry in the Caucasus security arrangements are key military factors affecting the future of IranTurkey relations.
