الزامات ژئوپلیتیک و ضرورت‌های ‌راهبردی برنامه موشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در محیط آنارشیک نظام بین‌الملل

در ساختار نوین بین‌المللی و محیط آنارشیک نظام جهانی، تهدیدات دارای جنبه‌های نظامی، همچنان از مهم‌ترین مصادیق نگران‌کننده امنیت ملی کشورها محسوب می‌شوند. در چنین شرایطی، کشورها دائماً در تلاش برای به‌روزرسانی در ماهیت قدرت تدافعی تهاجمی نیروهای نظامی و نوع و ساختار تجهیزات رزمی خود برای مقابله با انواع تهدیدها هستند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز به‌عنوان یکی از کشورهای مهم و تاثیرگذار در منطقه پرآشوب غرب آسیا، تلاش‌های فراوانی در زمینه خودکفایی توانایی‌های نظامی خود انجام داده است. دراین‌بین، توسعه و گسترش فناوری‌های ساخت انواع موشک‌های دوربرد و دقت‌های مختلف، از نکات بسیار مهم در ساختار نظامی ایران در سه دهه اخیر بوده و موفقیت‌های فراوانی نیز در آن به‌دست آورده است. در این پژوهش، باتمرکز‌بر توانایی‌های موشکی ایران، این پرسش مطرح می‌شود که زمینه‌ها، ضرورت‌ها و اهداف ‌راهبردی برنامه موشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران چه هستند و اصولاً چه عامل یا عواملی باعث گرایش ایران به توسعه صنایع موشکی شده است؟ استدلال اصلی این مقاله آن‌ است که التزام ژئوپلیتیکی ناشی از موقعیت ایران، تجربه جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران، لزوم بازدارندگی منطقه‌ای، همراهی با تحولات فناورانه نظامی بین‌المللی و عقب‌نماندن در چرخه مسابقه تسلیحاتی، ازجمله مهم‌ترین عوامل زمینه‌ای و ضرورت‌بخش توسعه برنامه موشکی ایران می‌باشد که ذیل هدف کلی بازدارندگی، ایجاد و توسعه یافته‌اند.

Geopolitical Requirements and Strategic Requirements of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Missile Program in the Anarchic Environment of the International System

In the new international structure and anarchic environment of the world system, threats of a military nature continue to be one of the most worrying national security concerns. In such circumstances, countries are constantly trying to update the nature of the defensiveoffensive power of their troops and the type and structure of their combat equipment to deal with all kinds of threats. The Islamic Republic of Iran, as one of the important and influential countries in the tumultuous region of West Asia, has made great efforts in the field of selfsufficiency of its military capabilities. In this regard, the development and deployment of technologies for the manufacture of longrange missiles and various precision missions have been very important in Iran’s military structure over the last three decades and have achieved many successes. In this research, focusing on Iran’s missile capabilities, the question arises as to what are the areas, necessities, and strategic goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s missile program, and what factors or factors have caused Iran’s tendency to develop missile industries? The main argument of this article is that the geopolitical implications of the Iranian situation, the experience of the imposed Iraqi war on Iran, the need for regional deterrence, the accompanying international military technological developments, and the backwardness of the arms race, are among the most important underlying factors of Iran’s development agenda. The following are the overall goals of deterrence, created and developed.
