تحلیل و اولویت یندی مولفه های دفاع اقتصادی در شرایط تهدید اقتصادی

این پژوهش بر آن است با شناسایی ماهیت تهدید اقتصادی و منشاهای آن در اقتصاد ایران به تبیین و دسته بندی مولفه ها و راهکارهای دفاع اقتصادی بپردازد. بدین منظور نخست با بررسی تعاریف اقتصاد نهادی به تبیین سطوح نهادی ویلیامسون برای مطالعۀ تهدیدهای اقتصادی پرداخته میشود؛ سپس با روش کتابخانهای، تاریخ وقایع اقتصادی در ایران و کشورهای مشابه بررسی و منشا تهدیدهای اقتصادی در ایران در هر یک از سطوح نهادی تبیین و مسیر تاثیر هر یک بر اقتصاد تحلیل میشود. در ادامه با تبیین وضعیت موجود کشور از لحاظ تهدیدها و همچنین فرصت ها، مولفه های دفاع اقتصادی طراحی و از روش طوفان مغزی و جلسات نخبگانی برای دستیابی به این مولفه ها و راهکارهای اثربخش برای مقابله با تهدیدهای اقتصادی بهره برداری میشود. راهکارها نیز در چارچوب الگوی چهارسطحی ویلیامسون دسته بندی و ارائه شده است. مقالۀ مبتنی بر چنین تحلیلی نتیجه میگیرد که در هر یک از بازه های کوتاه مدت، میان مدت، بلندمدت و بسیار بلندمدت چه راهکارهایی برای مقابله با تهدیدهای اقتصادی باید پیشگرفت.

Analysis and Priority of Economic Defense Components in Economic Threat Conditions

This study seeks to identify and classify the components and strategies of economic defense by identifying the nature of the economic threat and its origins in the Iranian economy. To this end, firstly, by examining the definitions of institutional economics, Williamson’s institutional levels are studied to study economic threats, then by the library method, the history of economic events in Iran and similar countries is explored and the source of economic threats in Iran at each institutional level is explained and the path of impact. Each is analyzed on the economy. In addition to explaining the current state of the country in terms of threats as well as opportunities, economic defense components are designed and utilized by brainstorming and elite meetings to achieve these components and effective strategies to deal with economic threats. The solutions are also categorized and presented within the framework of Williamson’s fourlevel model. The paper, based on such an analysis, concludes what strategies should be taken in each of the short, medium, long and longterm to cope with economic threats.
