تبیین نقش گردشگری کشاورزی در آمایش محیطی مناطق روستایی (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان رودسر)

مقدمه:  امروزه کشاورزی در اکثر کشورهای در حال توسعه به تنهایی نمی‌تواند فرصت‌های اشتغال و منابع درآمدی کافی برای رفع تمامی نیازهای مناطق روستایی را تامین نماید، از این رو، گردشگری به عنوان راهبردی برای توسعه روستایی و بازساخت روستاها است. در این راستا از آنجایی که شغل غالب جمعیت روستایی محدوده مورد مطالعه کشاورزی می‌باشد شکل‌گیری و توسعه فعالیت‌های گردشگری کشاورزی، بهره‌برداری و استفاده درست از منابع و توان‌های انسانی ومحیطی، مدیریت خردمندانه محیط و کاربری صحیح منابع می‌تواند راهبرد مناسبی برای ارتقاء کیفیت محیط و پایداری محیطی باشد.هدف:  هدف این مقاله تبیین نقش گردشگری کشاورزی در آمایش محیطی مناطق روستایی شهرستان رودسر است.روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش انجام تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری سه گروه شامل گردشگران، مدیران محلی روستاها و کارشناسان متخصص بودند. 16 روستا از 382 روستای دارای سکنه شهرستان رودسر با شیوه هدفمند و قضاوتی انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و توزیع تصادفی بین 384 نفر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل گردید و با استفاده از روش‌های آمار ی از جمله نرم‌افزار spss و مدل topsis، مولفه‌های کیفیت‌بخش محیط در محدوده مطالعاتی ارائه و در راستای آمایش محیطی روستاها اولویت‌بندی شدند.قلمرو جغرافیایی پژوهش:  قلمروی جغرافیایی تحقیق حاضر مناطق روستایی شهرستان رودسر است.یافته ها و بحث: یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در ارزیابی مولفه‌های کیفیت‌بخش محیط روستاها برای رونق گردشگری کشاورزی، با استفاده از مدل کمّی تاپسیس، مولفه‌های زیبایی‌شناختی با کسب امتیاز 0.9637 = *c در رتبه اول، مولفه‌های عملکردی ساختاری و فعالیتی با کسب امتیاز 0.5760 = *c در رتبه دوم و مولفه‌های زیست‌محیطی با کسب امتیاز 0.4251 = *c در رتبه سوم قرار گرفتند. و همچنین با توجه به امتیاز ریزمولفه‌ها روستاهای دارای پتانسیل گردشگری کشاورزی به ترتیب اولویت‌بندی شدند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نهایی تحقیق نشان می‌دهد روستاهایی که دارای کیفیت محیطی مطلوب هستند، شرایط مناسب و لازم برای اجرای موفق گردشگری کشاورزی و در نهایت توان‌های لازم برای توسعه گردشگری روستایی را با حفظ ابعاد پایداری محیط برخودارند.

the role of agricultural tourism in environmental planning of rural areas (case study: rudsar county)

introduction: today, agriculture cannot provide enough employment opportunities and income sources to meet all the needs of rural areas in most developing countries, hence, tourism is a strategy for rural development and reconstruction of villages. in this regard, since the dominant occupation of the rural population in the study area is agriculture, the formation and development of agricultural tourism activities is a must. through this development, villagers can obtain the proper exploitation and use of human and environmental resources and capabilities, the efficient management of the environment and the correct use of resources.objectives: the purpose of this article is to explain the role of agricultural tourism in the environmental improvement of rural areas of rudsar county.methodology: the current research is a descriptive-analytical study. the statistical population of three groups included tourists, local managers of villages and experts. 16 villages out of 382 inhabited villages of rudsar city were selected non-randomly.  the required data were analyzed using a researcher-made questionnaire and randomly distributed among 384 people. according to statistical methods such as spss software and topsis model, the environmental quality components were presented in the study area and prioritized in line with the environmental goals of the villages.geographical context: the geographical territory of the current research is the rural areas of rudsar county.results and discussion: the findings show that the aesthetic component with a score of *c = 0.9637 ranks first, the functional-structural and activity component with a score of 5760 *c = 0.0 ranks second and environmental component is ranked third with a score of *c = 0.4251 among components of development of agricultural tourism. also, according to the score of sub-components, the villages with agricultural tourism potential were prioritized.conclusion: the final results of the research show that the villages with favorable environmental quality have the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of agricultural tourism. therefore, the area has the necessary capabilities for the development of rural tourism while maintaining the dimensions of environmental sustainability.
