روستاهای هوشمند راهبردی برای توسعه پایدار مطالعه موردی: دهستان نازلو شهرستان ارومیه

پیشرفت‌های تکنولوژیکی به ویژه در بخش حمل‌و‌نقل و ارتباطات و رواج اقتصاد سرمایه‌داری، ساختار فضایی بسیاری از سکونتگاه‌های بشری را تا حدود زیادی دگرگون ساخته است. ضعف الگوی مناسب، تصمیمات آنی قائم به فرد و پراکنده‌روی رشد روستایی هزینه‌های گزافی برای جامعه روستایی از جمله نابودی زمین ‌های کشاورزی و باغ ها به واسطه تغییر کاربری زمین، کاهش همبستگی اجتماعی، افزایش آلودگی ها و کاهش سلامت عمومی را به دنبال دارد. از این رو می توان گفت به کارگیری و استفاده از سیاست های رشد هوشمند برای مناطق روستایی، با توجه به اصول توسعه پایدار نیز ضروری می باشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی سطح توسعه 8 روستا از دهستان نازلو از لحاظ شاخص‌های اجتماعی، زیست محیطی و زیرساختی است که با روش توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است. داده های مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه تهیه و برای تحلیل آنها از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده و رتبه‌بندی روستاها با استفاده از مدل تحلیل خاکستری انجام گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد شرایط مناسبی برای رشد هوشمند در روستاهای مورد مطالعه وجود ندارد اما از لحاظ میزان توسعه شاخص‌های مورد بررسی روستاهای نازلو، تازه کند قاطرچی و تازه کند جنیزه به ترتیب رتبه‌های اول تا سوم را دارا هستند. بطور کلی نتایج ارائه شده نشان می دهد که مفهوم توسعه روستایی با رشد روستایی جابجا شده است زیرا نتایج نشان داد که اکثر روستاها از نظر وضعیت شاخصهای اکولوژیکی وضعیت به مراتب بدتری نسبت به سایر شاخصها دارند که مسئله اصلی پارادایم &توسعه پایدار& در کنفرانس ریو را بازگو می نماید.

technological advances, especially in the transport and communications sector and the prevalence of capitalist economics, have greatly altered the spatial structure of many human settlements. the weaknesses of the appropriate form, the immediate decision making process, and the dispersed decision making process of rural growth leading to destruction of agricultural land and gardens, social solidarity reduction, increased pollution and reduced general health have been driven by land use change. it can be said that the use of intelligent growth policies for rural areas is also necessary in light of the foundations of sustainable development. the purpose of this study was to investigate the level of development of 8 villages in nazlou villages in terms of social, environmental and infrastructural indicators, which was done by descriptive analytic method. required data were prepared using a questionnaire and analyzed by spss software and ranking of villages was done using a gray model. the results of the research show that there are no suitable conditions for intelligent growth in the studied villages, but according to the developmental indices of nazlou, taze kand qaterchi and taze kand janizeh, the first to third ranks respectively. in general, the results show that the concept of rural development has been displaced by rural growth because the results showed that most villages in terms of the status of ecological indicators are much worse than other indicators, the main issue of the &sustainable development& paradigm at the rio conference and brentland speaks of london.
